Lovely place for the kids to play while you can shop! v safe and full of positive energy!must commend Zuhair and Jashan… v helpful happy people! Also their manager Mr Reza has a friendly pleasant vibe! We went again and had a super time

Love this place.. especially since it's very kids and baby friendly.. it was my first time today and luckily got in with half price due to Wednesday offers they had and doubly enjoyed because there was no time limit for playtime.. kids can play as long as the place is open and today it was until 8pm.. though we didn't spend the whole time, we did enjoy a fair amount of time in a very good environment and since I had 1 toddler and 1 kid ( she's 8 and was allowed as she was just below 4ft) it was fun and safe for both to play around. Added advantage is we can go out have some food in the food court above and can join back in with the same tag. Worth the time and cost for the little ones day out..

Amazing birthday experience for my 3 year old and all of his friends! Very helpful, patient and amazing staff. They allowed outside food and drinks for party! They assisted with set up and clean up afterwards as well! They always have 1-2 associates constantly sanitizing and cleaning and store manager Reza was present the entire time and made sure to check in and see if we were ok and needed anything. The prices were very very good as well and play place was very safe and well laid out with lots of room for many kids!

Love this place. Good for infants /toddlers. My son has been coming here since he was 8 months and he loves it. The place is clean and spacious and they have great deals on different days.

Kidsapia is a great place for kids to have fun and entertainment . This place is located inside Erin Mills Town Center and has lots of wonderful things.There are many different types of playing stations and rides .Kids love this place and have some fun time .Kidsapia has a wonderful staff, maintaining a safe environment for kids.

Toddlers and preschoolers can have a great time at Kidsapia. The only downside is that it’s somewhat costly. You can save some money by going on Monday to Thursday evenings from 7 to 8 pm when they have half-price admission.

We have been here few times and every time we are satisfied with the fun facilities, friendly staff and clean place. Especially I would like to say what I’ve experienced in the past Sunday. There was a staff (Asian man) who responsible for cleaning. He was super nice and helpful when I brought my kids to toilet. He cleaned up before we go in and gave me a head-ups when the toilet was available. How warm and helpful he was! He deserved this good comment!

Two things I wanted to say (2nd is the key reason why I decided to write a review)1. This place is clean, toddler / baby friendly. My two year old thoroughly enjoyed it.2. We (one child, parents and grandfather) visited this place. Ended up buying 2 additional companion tickets for adults, but my father (grandpa) has difficulties removing shoes and I (father) decided to stay outside with him. I didn’t bother asking for refund thinking it’s my mistake. Staff proactively asked what happened and a kind lady (I don’t know whether it’s owner or manager there) insisted to refund the full amount. This doesn’t happen often in today’s world. Beyond the money , it’s the kind gesture that moved me. I will be sure to ask their names next time we visit.Keep up the good work. I thought you showed all the kids there how to grow up as a nice person (I can see how the lady and staff genuinely loves the kids there). THANK YOU!

The manager working at this place needs a course in customer service. It’s not that hard to watch your tone when speaking to customers and talk to them with respect. Imagine being qualified to be a manager yet you can’t execute the basic task of manners and fundamentals of engaging with customers. Along with this she was overheard talking badly about another customer, how old are you? If you know what good for your company you know who to get rid of!

We were turned down service due to my child's height who was an inch higher than the maximum limit. Absolutely disappointing for my child to be refused access to a play structure due to height. If I could have rated this a 0 star I would have. Do not recommend this place to anyone.Update: We called in advance and inquired if there were any rules or regulations we should be aware of. We were NOT informed of a height restriction. Update your protocol, have better signage and we were NOT told she was 10 cms above the restriction. Your response back is unprofessional as I did not ask to break any rules and I did not say my child was sad.
