Love Love my Basket Swing!! Also purchased the Patio set and the fire table. Love everything great quality!! Andrew was awesome to deal with!!! Totally Recommend Island Patio Furniture!!!

We purchased a outdoor patio set less than 2yrs ago in Abbotsford. The other night the glass surround on our fire table shattered thankfully we weren’t outside at the time. We haven’t even used it in over a week. The supplier we called told us we are not alone this has happened to other customers. He said they don’t have any replacement glass at the moment and we should buy a replacement glass ourselves somewhere. Seriously!! I thought buying local we would have better quality and customer service… Apparently Not!!

We looked around at a lot of different places in Vancouver and found the guys at Island Patio Furniture through a referral. The pieces were highly modular and we easily found a great option that fit our space and definitely our patio. The build quality of the pieces is excellent. I love the angled back cushions.

They have lots of great styles and very good prices. When we got home, the set up was easy and the materials look very high quality. Excellent customer service! We worked with Dennis and he addressed any and all questions we had. He was very kind and prompt with his responses. Very reasonably priced and a quicker than expected delivery!

Purchased some replacement covers online, picked them up in South Langley, and when trying to put them on, we realized the quality is bad, thin material, and zippers splitting when trying to zip one up. After 3 cushions, we stopped and emailed Andrew, the owner, who is the person we dealt with on the order of these covers and original furniture. Three emails later, since Sunday, and a few messages on the facebook page. We haven't heard back on how and where we can return and get a refund. The website states, FOR RETURNS AND WARRANTIES Please contact the dealer you originally purchased from.." Starting to wonder if we have been ripped off."

We purchased an outdoor sectional and coffee table at Island Patio last weekend. I originally emailed for more information and Andrew responded quickly. I made an appointment and met Dennis who walked us through the showroom and explained how their system works. No pressure sales- in fact we left that first meeting to do additional measurements and Dennis followed up by text to see if we had any additional questions etc. Shortly thereafter we made a second appointment and again were met by Dennis but also Andrew. They worked hard to accommodate us and find solutions to our placement/combination issues. We had the set delivered the same day. We are very pleased with the product. It fit our budget, is lightweight (aluminum frame) and comfortable. As it is new I cannot comment on how the cushions etc. will hold up, but they look great and fit snuggly. They offer a good foam core that supports you well and the angled design of the cushions makes it very comfortable. I would not hesitate to refer a friend to Island Patio. Excellent service and a friendly, unhurried sales experience. Dennis was an absolute pleasure to deal with and our contact with Andrew was most positive as well.

We're huge fans of the Patio Furniture. Our Vancouver team loves to relax on the patio and enjoy the view. Very comfortable, good support and long lasting. We've had our set for the last 18 months and with heavy usage it looks brand new.

We are so happy with our u-shaped patio furniture. The customer service was fantastic and we received it at our door within 7 days of ordering despite being in another province. It looks amazing on our deck and the pillows are so comfortable. Our only complaint is that the side tables were a bit of work to put together - would have paid the extra shipping for them to be put together beforehand :)
