Can't even buy a maintenance package from Telus now. They won't back their own product. Tech guy said if I have to get new pad or whatever for my system, I have to buy a complete system. Telus is just plain ripping me off, typical when a big corporation takes over a smaller one... they just do not care any more.

Prompt service, great flexibility and knowledgeable technicians! We have a sophisticated system installed at our estate with many zones (40+), expanders and keypads to service our home and a number of outbuildings. Very happy with all aspects of the operation of the system.

Our installer, Will, was polite, attentive to our needs and carried out his installation in a very workman-like fashion. He was very patient while explaining the procedures to be followed. The door, window and motion detectors are unobtrusive and we find the app easy to use. We are very happy with Prices Alarms.

Been a good company to deal with till i moved and canceled my service.they pulled 3 months payment off my credit card after I canceled my service , I contacted them 5 weeks ago and keep getting told senior management is too busy to authorize a credit and refund my money.the person I have been dealing with is very pleasant but is unable to help me. Very Disappointing !!
