Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with on the recent purchase of our Toro zero turn mower. His prices can’t be beat- we came from out of town and he even stayed two hours late to accommodate our travel. Not only that but he didn’t rush us at all, he gave a great overview of the machine and walked through the regular maintenance and operation requirements, and helped us load it up. Was like winning the lottery when I called PTF about repairing my Snow Blower this week. I call on a Monday morning and over the phone the owner Dan said he knows the problem and it is fixable. Took my equipment to his shop on Monday and he called me back by the promise date and said it was ready. Dan the owner is a stand up guy, knows his stuff and very honest to work with. You can tell he likes to service his customers beyond excellence; he makes it easy to get a power equipment repaired. Beyond all of this, the owner has a very calm and friendly approach when speaking to you. Really happy I found PTF Engine & Tool.........you will not go wrong dealing with PTF Engine & Tool.
