My 80 year old mother purchase a ductless heating & A/C system in 2019. This machine worked fine for the first winter and summer and it hasn't worked correctly since. He has come to fix the unit a number of times and it works fine for a little while and then it quits. She has called a number of times and has left a message with no response. The call gives you 2 options. Option 1 to talk to someone in the office. Option 2 to leave a voicemail. If you select 1 it rings and rings and rings and then it sends you back to the beginning. The last time she called was two weeks ago and she still hasn't heard from him. She feels like the owner is just biding his time for the warranty to wear out and the repairs will cost her. This is a $6000 lemon.

Great young entreperneur, Great company.Will was amazing. He had all the information on government grants available for our home. The Goodman furnace is so quite compaired to the old noisy one we had.Can't wait for the A/c this year
