It's a pretty big graveyard. Saw couple of different birds as Cootes Paradise or Hendrie Valley is nearby. Couple of squirrels playing around in the graveyard. One can also see the factories on the lake. The view is nice to see at night if you are not afraid.

Clean, quiet and maintained yards. Open to the public 24hrs a day. Tucked away in a quint residential neighborhood.

The cemetary itself on a whole is beautiful and huge. The grounds are not maintained well andThey need to have more control over what is put on the plots. There are so many that look junky and littered. They need to do more than just mow the grounds. We visited two cemeteries today and it was like night and day. Privately run cemetary is very well kept and has proper control over what can be at graveside.City run is an eyesore of things at graveside. Woodlawn needs to be cleaned up and rules enforced.

Woodland Cemetery
Today I visited a cemetery in Hamilton where my brothers are. The headstones were all clean and free of debris. I then went to visit my Grandma at Woodland. The headstones in her area were dirty and or had grass shavings on top. One had grass growing on top covering the last name of the deceased. There is more than mowing the grounds to maintaining the cemetery.
