This store is amazing, and the staff is so great and receiving. I go here every now and then.Their staff, especially RAJ, this guy is a gem. He has a lot of patience and knows to deal with customers perfectly. RAJ has the eyes of a fashion stylist. Ask him for advice, and he will spoil you with great choices.

What a great resource for our community.It is a great location with super easy access.The staff are all top shelf professionals. They consistently acknowledge you with a warm greeting and smile.There is such a great selection of quality apparel and accessories.On my last visit I had a couple items fairly pricey(for me) at the check out. Before accepting payment the staff member suggested I purchase a third item to qualify for a 30% discount on my entire purchase. Any item in the store, I bought a package of breath mints for a dollar and saved $ 45.They get my business whenever I can.

My fiancèe and I went hunting for good warm winter coats here, and left very happy with warm gear suited for our off grid mountain lifestyle. Linda went above and beyond for me to find a quality women's coat, she was so warm and kind. She'll take good care of you! We will definitely be back. Thanks to the Mark's team for a good trip!

Great selection of quality, stylish, reasonably priced items for all seasons. We were helped by Debbie and she did a great job helping us find what we needed at the best prices. Didn't push unnecessary or more expensive options on us; just listened to what we were looking for and made sure we were satisfied before we left. A VERY nice shopping experience in one of our favorite places.

My partner and I went into marks on March 30th both looking to buy shoes and a couple other things. We were in there for 20 minutes with 3 visible employees working. Not once did a sales rep ask if we needed assistance. I shouldn't have to ask for help when the two ladies at the counter are laughing and visiting each other. Horrible customer service. I left w/O any purchases. Also the women's shoe section should have as many name brand options as the men's. Not everyone wants sketcher and wind river.

Linda and Viraj are absolutley great at their job. Viraj helped me pick out work shoes that were both comfortable and affordable, excellent salesmenship for sure! Linda is always a pleasure when I go in, she helped me pick out work attire a few months back as well. You are lucky to have them here!

Friendly staff, clean store, good selection. The customer service we receive there is excellent. We had to go in with a defective pair of boots and we had no problem exchanging them for a new pair. It's also really nice that the staff recognizes you and takes the time for a friendly chat instead of sales pressure and upsell.
