A place that I highly recommanded.The doctor was very nice,the nurse and the Dr anesthesiologist nice and good .I was moved with the bed in the procedure room and back after.Was good to remember their names! Wish them all to have a good new year 2023 !

Dr. Seaton was nice enough, but the rest of the team treated me like meat in a sausage factory. Very uncaring and lacking in basic common courtesy.Had a previous procedure at Provis Rudd and they were amazing and so lovely. Choose wisely!

My recent colonoscopy experience was completely different to the one I had 12 years ago at Provis Endoscopy Services. Many beds, only separated by curtains… I could hear everything from other patients. The radio blasting with music and ads. I was nervous for my colonoscopy and all that noise was unsettling, rather than soothing. The nurse not gentle at all when she put the caterer. After the procedure she gave me papers with instructions and that’s it. I didn’t see the doctor after the procedure. I felt just like a number…Very impersonal treatment, completely different to my first colonoscopy.

The good: Dr Arya and his staff of receptionists and nurses are wonderful people. They are complete professionals, but still relaxed and willing to chat and joke with you before your procedure. The clinic itself is clean and spotless, and surprisingly on time for procedures and pick-ups.The bad: Dr. Raffaela Profiti is the complete opposite. She is cold, uncaring, and entirely unprofessional. I wouldn't let her check my heart rate with a stethoscope, let alone experience another colonoscopy done by her.

This was my first time ever having a procedure involving sedation and Dr Fine and his team were so nice and reassuring when I expressed my concerns and nervousness, they answered any questions I had and overall were very kind and efficient.The whole process took maybe 2 hours max, they were very quick.The only issue I have is that for the follow up appointment I was just given a date and time rather than having a chance to discuss possible dates.

Dr Behar is not only the best gastroenterologist, but also the best doctor I've ever had. He truly cares for his patients and goes above and beyond to explain it every step of the way which makes these scary things, not so scary. Keep up the great work Dr.Behar. I'd recommend this place to everyone out there. From the moment I walked in till the end, it was very pleasant and professional. Exceeds all standards

Two weeks ago I attended the Oakville Endoscopy Centre to have my first colonoscopy. I was very happy to encounter such wonderful staff! I particularly appreciate the kindness and care I received from Sharnette my nurse she was fantastic!. Dr. Fine is amazing!!! Very professional and calming. Always does appointments on time!The admin assistant is not… it’d be easier to schedule with a 22 year old computer than her. I asked for an appointment that wasn’t in the middle of the week after just being ‘assigned’ an appointment date with no phone call to check. Her only help was that they don’t do procedures on Monday.

Stephanos voglis does not return calls. His employees will cancel your appointments waste your time and then push you off to other clinics. Not very understanding to each patients needs. The building is an old warehouse they have converted into a office/endoscopy emerg rooms. Drs own the building and business as it is a privatized office with no repercussions on due diligence.

Dr seaton is hands down the worst DR, I use the terms loosely that I have ever seen.He brought me in, called me dear several times while he took 10 mins to go over my chart, who doesn't do this beforehand, then proceeds to dictate into a microphone while doing so the whole time while ignoring my presence, other than I will be with you in a few dear" After not even letting me express my concerns
