Busy Bee Courier Inc. was very great to work with, contacted them for a quote and the entire process was efficient and easy. Alicia was very helpful! They provided same day pick-up and delivery. Rates are very competitive and I will be using them again! Highly recommend!

Busy Bee is wonderfully professional and responsive. On an important past delivery there was an issue that was beyond their control that caused a delay and not only did an admin drive out to finish the delivery, they offered a complimentary future delivery as compensation for the hassle. They've also always been quick to respond and nothing but friendly and kind. Today I followed up for the complimentary delivery and it was completed immediately. This is the kind of customer support that creates loyal customers.

Very friendly, informative and helpful staff from the time I called to the moment of handoff with the courier. The rep on the phone was clear and answered all of my questions as well as explained their processes thoroughly! I was also able to ask them and the courier bring me a box and tape for my item that was to be shipped. The courier was exceptionally nice, professional and very very kind. My same day order was delivered in a matter of hours and I will definitely be using Busy Bee Courier Inc. again and most definitely referring them to my friends and family! Thank you for your kindness and help!
