Bought the monthly plan. I have never done this. I'll see how often I use it. But it should pay for itself in 3-4 uses.The wash itself is well done.

$180 and they forgot to wipe my windows down with adequate cleaning solution and touch my centre console it still had crumbs .. don’t charge big boy price and give children grade work. I noticed they use the same cloth as the rest of my carTo wipe the interior and windows.. don’t call this a detail when it was merely a interior wipe down. There are tons of detail places who charge $180 and give better work.. I’m gonna sell this car so I have to take it somewhere else to Detail properly..

These guys are thieves. My stuff was stolen. I complained. I was told that they ‘found’ it and it was left ‘by mistake’. I was told to come back and pick it up. I don’t live in the city so came to pick up . And was informed that its now stolen from the office or someone has taken it away.Highly recommend to not go if you don’t want your things to be stolen.

I was so disappointed with the service. I called about the service before bringing my car there and I confirmed to clean the roof as well , the person over there confirmed me everything will be cleaned in detail but i when i picked my car , roof was not cleaned and floor mats was not cleaned and dried. They charged $140 for basic cleaning which we can get done from outside in $45 . Poor and unfaithful service . Wouldn't recommend to go there.

Extremely Disappointed with Car Wash Service.I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing the car wash service at Galaxy Car Wash. To say that I am disappointed with the level of service provided would be an understatement. I feel compelled to share my experience so that others can be aware of the subpar service they might encounter.Firstly, the quality of the car wash itself was abysmal. Despite paying for the premium package, my vehicle was left with visible dirt and streaks all over. It was evident that minimal effort was put into ensuring a thorough and satisfactory cleaning.Moreover, they will lie on your face. On April 5th, around 6.30 pm I reached the car wash place to get the car wash done. It was raining a bit that day. They closed the shop at 6 pm and the owner said to me that due to rain we closed early. He promised me that he will give a free car wash whenever required as they are not able to serve me today.On May 13th my monthly package expired. I was not aware of this. I went to the shop on May 14th. The guy denied for the car wash which I understand. Then I went to the owner for the request that I don't want to get my subscription updated as I am leaving for India for a month. As promised earlier, if you can provide me a car wash as promised, I would be highly obliged. To which he simply denied and behaved very rudely.Furthermore, the customer service was severely lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional throughout the entire process. There was a lack of attention to detail and a complete disregard for addressing customer concerns. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they dismissed my complaints without offering any viable solutions or rectifying the situation.As a customer, I believe it is crucial for businesses to uphold a certain level of professionalism and provide satisfactory services. Unfortunately, my experience with Galaxy Car Wash fell far short of these expectations.I sincerely hope that the management takes this review as constructive criticism and works towards improving their services. It is my genuine belief that a business should strive for excellence and customer satisfaction, which was clearly lacking in this case.I strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider their options before choosing Galaxy Car Wash. There are undoubtedly better car wash services available that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction.I regret to say that I cannot recommend Galaxy Car Wash based on my experience, and I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision.

Best bang for your buck. For $30. You can wash your car once Perday for a whole month.

Not good, paid $160 for interior n exterior but they did machine wash on exterior and while picking up car it was with water spots n dust on side panel. Stay away

Not that great. Doesn’t dry the car or wash properly. The driveway is very narrow and if you have to take left you will have to wait forever because of the weird location.
