We love our home in Southbrook area...5 bedroom house w/heated garage and fully finished basement. It has everything we need and the the staff at Red Deer Property Rentals has been great since the first viewing. We've had a couple minor issues (toilet fill valve, ceiling fan...just minor) but Sarah has been totally on top of responding quickly and dispatching contractors. Would highly recommend seeking out one of their properties if you're looking for a place.

We started renting with Red Deer Property Rentals 18 months ago. They have been great. The day of our viewing I put in an application, paid the deposit, and found out within a couple hours that we got the place. Our fridge stopped working and it was replaced promptly the next day! Highly recommended.

We've rented from this company for 7 years and we always tell others what a great rental company they are. They are always responsive to our needs when we report any property issues, they check in quarterly on seasonal maintenance and update tenants quickly on any changes/notifications, and they've been very friendly when we've corresponded with them. Great rental company!

They do regular seasonal maintenance and include there tenants in any changes. Pam is pleasant to talk with anytime I might have an issue or concerns. I would highly recommend renting from them anytime. We love our house and we love being part of the Red Deer Property Rentals family.

I previously rented with Red Deer Property Rentals and was very happy with their service. Pam, in particular, is phenomenal! So organized and responsive. All staff were pleasant and quick with communication. We had no trouble having any issues that came up resolved quickly.

I have lived at a property managed by Red Deer Property Rentals now going on 3 years and they have always had good responses to any of the requests we've made. They are quick to help and have provided us with an amazing home. I look forward to more years with them!

Rented from them for almost 3 years. The first year was good but then the man we went to with problems left and it all went down hill. The ladies in the office or extremely rude and have very poor attitudes. They like to make you feel like you are the problem. We contacted them about sparking/smoking wall sockets. After 3 weeks of waiting for a response or someone to come fix it I contacted them again and that's when they sent someone to fix it all. I also told them about the roof and how multiple companies advised me to get it patched, I forwarded the advice and I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. There is now water damage and mold. We were also in the middle of a move out and Sarah had left the door unlocked and someone walked in and stole our weed wacker and Pam managed to turn it around and make it seem like it was our fault.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away there is better companies to rent from.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I have had dealing with Red Deer Property rentals and their staff! They are not only kind, curtious and personable, They are informative, professional and eager to help their clients. I have made the decision to down size and they have made this transion an absolute delight. Any time I have needed anything or have had questions they have gone above and beyond my expectations. We were fortunate to have connected with Red Deer Property Rentals. So far they have really been a help and a pleasure to work with. We stepped up to afford a little more expensive propery just to be able to deal with them. So upfront,responsive friendly and makes this moving deal a little more seamless, there is a pile of other things to get in order than to fight with extra rental guff when your moving. The gal we worked with has made our desision of renting with them, a solid decision, we done the right thing! Good to know there is a place waiting for us to move into now!
