Altho the menu is lacking in items and restaurant seems closed to often, the food was excellent done petfect excellent flavors. All the renovations from top to bottom are amazing. I liked the old version was there frequently...didn't see the need. I am just shocked...floored. the entire place completely erased any memory of its past. Home made burgers fresh fried, salads.and you can eat in the bar now.

The rooms are nice and all but night shift is a little sketch. On of the employee's from night shift tried getting into my room without knocking just before midnight. Also, they took my damaged deposit as payment for the night and didn't paid me the difference back. Sad to say but probably won't be coming back

Excellent front counter personal, Maids were always sweet and caring (they made sure your long term stay was the best. Refused to eat at their restaurant, not because of the food, rather because of the service. Once you got your drinks and food, the waitress didn't know you where there, until you were ready to walk out the door (noon).

Ayo someone needs to take the sauce away from whoever makes the chicken burgers, entire bottom bun covered in sauce. Great burger other than that

Friendliness and courtesy are integral to running a hospitality and Theresa went out of her way to assist me. After a couple of weird experiences with Burns lake, it was refreshing to have professional and welcoming service. I'd stay here next time.

Went into the lounge with 7 co workers for dinner. Waited for 15 minutes before a drink order was taken. After our food order was taken, no one came back to check on our table. An hour later still no food. Our table paid the bill, never to return to this establishment.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 10 nights for work. Cleaning staff were very friendly, and took note of my work schedule. Room was always cleaned when I was not there. Rooms are big, clean, and offer lots of light lighting options for the evening. The bathroom is very modern with awesome marble tile in the huge acrylic shower. Only a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker available for cooking. Yes there is a freight train that is loud AF passing right beside the hotel (welcome to any small town). I would love to see some laundry and fitness facilities inside the hotel for customers.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and newly decorated rooms. We opted for a king room with jetted tub and it was a fantastically large Kohler tub. I wanted to stay longer!
