Went to Bikes N Beyond with a tight budget and Don took very good care of me showing me what I could get in my price range and the best bang for my dollar. He said they had to build my bike and that it would take a couple of days. 2 days later I got the call that the bike was ready and when I got there Alex took good care of me. He helped fine tune the bike and gave me some very good tips. I left there feeling that I got an excellent bike for the money I spent.Crazy thing is that I went somewhere else first and they didn’t help me the way Don did.Thank you the great buying experienceBikes N Beyond. I totally recommend them to anybody looking for an amazing bike for a descent price.

Wrecked my rear wheel and broke the chain over the weekend.Brought my bike in this morning and got a call by 4:00 it was all done, reasonable price and helpful staff. Great service all around.

First time coming here to have the pedal on my son's bike fixed and it was a very positive experience. I like the vibe of the store and staff are friendly. They were quite busy at the time but they still managed to attend to our issue quickly, so we got out in not time. They even didn't charge us anything. I'll definitely come back here when I get a bike!

No complaints all good service lots of employees spacious show room. Short story my bike fell off carrier of car going highway speeds 2 days after i purchased it 100% my fault. They did not have to help me out but they sold me parts needed to put bike back together at a discounted price. Customer service like the old days.

You have plenty knowledgeable, friendly staff. Came in recently with a rear tire puncture, Clark assisted me and was able replace tire at a reasonable price and gave me valued advice. I generally go there for any repairs, gear and checking new product. I do some of my own maintenance, done many patches thru the years….but the rear tire on bikes today can be a tad messy. Totally enjoyed the service and products you offer(ed). Thank You Kevin Campbell

Left my Sunday High-C to be tuned and they did an amazing job. I was even given a detailed description as to what was done and what extra parts the bike needed. They wiped my bike down too. Very happy with the service, will come back if need be in the future.
