When I came to Canada, I was looking for rental cars with affordable rates for personal use. I tried multiple cat rental services throughout the span of 6 months, but it was always going out my budget. Finally, my friend suggested me for Avis. From past 6 months, I am using Avis rental car on almost every weekend, and I must say it's really good. They have good variety of vehicles and great rates. Reserved a small SUV on their website. They gave me a car that they said was from same class. When I went home and checked, it is some lower class on their site , with room for less people and cargo. They wouldnt refund any money due to difference an onky offering a gift card for future rentall. I rent once a decade if that.

The worst customer service we have experienced did not honour the reservation that was pre-paid, even though all proper identification and payment were presented, then sent us to avis toll-free number to get a refund. Never experienced anything like this before, went to another dealership nearby and this was not an issue, please do yourself a favour and don't book here, waste of time, energy and money.
