After moving into a new house I realized there was something wrong with the water softener. Not know really anything about a softer, having never needing one, I googled the closest place to me that offered various water products and softeners. I have an older EcoWater softener. I was doubtful my issue would be fixed. Water was constantly dripping out an overflow hose. However, Sayda was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. A service call was scheduled quickly. David the tech person was very experienced and knowledgeable. He installed a disc kit and gasket. My unit is now running well. I highly recommend Waterelated.
