Bought a few lightning cables, two of which stopped working with in a couple days. I did not take a receipt unfortunately.No good will policy even though the clerk did recognize myself. Referenced Her cool labrador, retriever. Good rapport and had used the business a few times in the past. Yes receipts very normal. But when You’re not trying to fool, abuse or hoodwink a business frequented in the past. You’d think common sense and customer satisfaction would promote some leeway. The rapport obviously.Heads up, strict adherence to a policy that will not promote myself returning further. Amazon, Costco better choice all considered. Although I’d rather support small business.Get Your receipt. Don’t count on common sense. Will not shop here again.All the best!
