June 17th I stopped by McDonalds in Easthill to grab supper for the family today. The food was excellent! We got two BLT chicken sandwich meals and the BTS 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Everything was fresh and delicious! McDonalds has really up'd their burger game lately. Thanks for the great meal guys :)******June 29th I went through the drive thru today to pick up supper. I ordered a Spicy McChicken sandwich, a McDouble meal and an iced frappé. I was given a Quarter Pounder with cheese instead of the McChicken. Disappointed.

After ordering we had to wait 30 minutes to finally get our food. Thankfully one of the employees noticed us idling and asked if we had ordered. Apparently someone had deleted our orders. This one employee of what seemed to be 8 working in the back seems to be the only one managing everything at the front end even though his uniform says he is a drive thru employee. And while we were waiting a group of 5 employees were openly just chatting for a few minutes.

Just got home after ordering from the drive through. i opened my mcchicken for it only to have ONE HALF OF THE BUN. yup they gave me a mcchicken with the bottom bun and no top one. it had none of the toppings. just a piece of chicken and one half of a bun. my fries could’ve been frozen they were so cold. aswell my brothers mcnuggets were soggy. SOGGY. litteraly so gross

It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. My order was only 3 things and they were sending every car through drive through yo the parking area . First time they brought the order..it was wrong so hostess went back and SECOND time is was still wrong.We just took it as we had already waited minutes. They NEED manager and Trainer BADLY. Had to control my temper

This place has gone downhill so fast I don't know where to begin. Today was the icing on the cake. Missing a fries and apparently no one can read. Doesn't look like chicken to me.I stopped going for breakfast in the mornings after being faithful before, during, and after COVID. Now I drive to Gasoline Alley just to avoid this place. Ever since the renovation... I don't know if it is new ownership or management, but clearly lacking training and communication skills.

If I could give zero stars I would this location is the worse for skipthedishes drivers. No proper communication on their end when order is canceled. You can sit in ur car for 40 minutes no one will come to the window to update you. I just set outside waiting for skip order for 40 minutes I had to go knock at the window only to get attitude from the girl. Like what's the point of having phone number to text upon arrival if you all not gonna make use of it to update drivers. This is not fair this is not the first time I experienced this is almost each time I come here to pick up order

10/10 service and food! Coupons are great value!! Whole meal for 4 of us just cost us $30!! Happy with service and meal!!

I ordered skip the dishes through this location, my order was cancelled 3 times by the restaurant after waiting an hour each time. Then when I finally received my food the third time, the entire order was incorrect. Every single thing that was ordered was wrong to some extent. My egg white on the McMuffin was raw, and legit was just an egg and bun. Nothing else on it. The orange juice was extremely watered down. A hashbrown was missing, as well as bacon missing from the McGriddle. Insanely unimpressed
