Fantastic experience! New window coverings for a whole house is something of an investment, so I did my research and visited several places before choosing Allure. Laurissa impressed us with her knowledge of her product lines and her attention to detail. She explained all the small-yet-important differences between similar sheer blind offerings from different manufacturers. She customized the valence, blind and cord colors to get us the best possible color match for our off-white window trim. She managed to work with the manufacturer to get us a perfect alignment for an unusually-shaped window. Richard, the installer, was courteous and professional. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We are delighted with the results. I'd recommend Allure to anyone in need of new window coverings.

Working with Laurissa and her team was seemless, start to finish! She was one of three quotes we received and not only was her initial consult far and above the other two, her prices were better as well. Installation was a breeze and the blinds are stunning! We recently bought a new home and we needed new window coverings. The options are endless so we found the process of trying to figure out what to go with a little overwhelming and were really looking to work with someone who could provide guidance to make sure we were making the right decisions! Laurissa was lovely to work with from the minute we met. Her confidence in the options she was suggesting for our home made the process of picking out window coverings exciting (versus stressful!) Her timeliness in responses made the process quick and efficient as well. Richard (who installed the blinds) was super friendly and worked so quickly with the installation! The blinds look great and we are very happy with the final product. The customer service has been exceptional from beginning to end. 100% recommend!

Super happy with the service and quality of product that we received and would not hesitate to recommend Allure to others.Only thing that confused me is that I couldn't just visit the business address listed on Google to browse the options. I went there during business hours and it was all locked up. Best to call first and someone will come to your house with a whole bunch of samples instead so that you can see it in context.Laurissa actually came to our house twice to help us choose the right colour coverings since our paint didn't turn out the colour we expected. She really listened and remembered what we had discussed the first time and made a few recommendations. Very happy with how they turned out and the quality is amazing, super solid. Very reasonable price too.Thank you!

My experience with Laurissa was extremely good as from day 1 we had the smoothest process of selecting the window coverings, customizing to our liking and getting them installed. She is very updated with the market and trends. Also product recommendations were quick and very appropriate. Price wise, I compared them with other big brands and came out pretty reasonable. I totally recommend working with them. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing experience with Laurissa at Allure! The process of selecting and ordering shades for our living room was so easy and quick (less than two weeks)! Additionally her communication was incredible, and her design experience is a huge bonus as she is extremely knowledgeable on what materials/colours work best in your home.
