Katherine really knows her stuff....she saved my skin...literally. I went to Rowley Skin Care with lots of ingrowns and discoloration as a result of another technician improper technique. I tweezed...picked...waxed..and used make up to cover the unsightly disaster around my chin and jawline.Katherine is very honest and straight forward...she told me what to expect and educated me on the proper way to treat hair removal and correct the damage done...my face is the one on her website....that was a year ago. I saw a vast improvement in just a few treatments... my skin has cleared up 200% and I can now go without wearing makeup.I went through many stressful years of dealing with unwanted hair growth...Katherine gave me back the confidence to go makeup free and her knowledge and expertise is well worth the time and investment. She's bossy and to the point....I needed that kick in the butt to make a change. No more electrolysis hunting and going from one place to the next. Katherine does a great job she is good at what she does. Her prices is slightly higher thsn some but on average an affordable and resonable price .Katherine Rowley @ Rowley Skin Care is the best hair removal and skin care technician I've gone to so far. well worth it...thanks Katherine you're BOSS!!

Disgusting customer service whatsoever. She thinks she runs an office working from home. Be careful she uses high intensity that can scar you. Not going to her again.

Katherine does an amazing job and she is highly knowledgeable in her field! Ive been a client since August and seen amazing results with the electrolysis treatment! I trust Katherine very much now, she is very professional and honest!! She not only makes me feel comfortable but also confident! I am very thankful!

Katherine is kind, understanding and has her client’s best interests. I’ve been going to Katherine for just over three years now and she is amazing! I have been to other hair removal places before and they were unsuccessful. This made me hesitant on trying on trying electrolysis, but at the consultation she was able to provide me information and she was honest. She is very knowledgeable in her field, during the consult she explained the different types of hair removal, how electrolysis works and the length of time it would take to reach efficacy. She also explained her workplace policies, including her cancellation policy. I started to notice results after a few sessions and I do not regret going to her!

I would give Kathrine a 0 star rating if I could, WORST customer service, crazy lazy harassed my sister and told her she would send her to collections if she didn’t come to her appointment. She forcefully would not let her go as a client. My sister then blocked her number and she called off multiple different unknown numbers threatening her then when I tried to call and tell her to stop respectfully she said she would do whatever she wants. I strongly DO not recommend this place. It is CATFISH. You will run into many problems later on. CARE FOR YOURSELF PEOPLE AND KNOW BETTER.

I would highly recommend Katherine if you are considering electrolysis. I have been seeing Katherine for about 3 years now and she is absolutely amazing. After a terrible experience with laser hair removal, I was unsure if electrolysis would work for me and was very nervous going in, but Katherine immediately put me at ease. I have had remarkable results and wouldn't trust anyone else for my electrolysis treatments.If you are unsure if electrolysis will work for you or if you are nervous like I was, I say go for it - you will not find a better electrologist than Katherine!!

Katherine is so knowledgeable. Ive been to other places and gave up for 10 years because of no result. Katherine knows what she's doing and after one session there was a big difference. Always good conversation too. And her bed is comfy which is great when you're lying down in one spot for a while.
