Coast Capital - Clayton Crossing Branch

This is the nearest location I could find a Coast Auto Insurance in Surrey. Staff were helpful and seemed knowledgeable.

Been on hold for over 15 minutes just to make an appointment. I could drive to the branch in 5 minutes. The wait TO SIMPLY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Insurance side knows nothing, had to go to another broker to change plates over.

Service above and beyond that which I've experienced at other financial institutions. Furthermore, I have nothing but good to say about other financial institutions. I highly recommend this branch, and it would not surprise me if all Coast Capital branches are as exemplary as this one.

I would not recommend coast capital to anyone. I have been with the bank for 5 years now and they still hold my cheques over a 1000 dollars. I feel like I been mistreated and that's why I am leaving this awful bank.

This branch not good. They like to close always, don’t want to help anyone. This branch is useless, should be shut down.

I went into the Clayton Heights branch (April 19) for the first time in almost 3 years. Had to go in person to pay a bill I couldn't online. First of all the was only one person working there and I waited 15 mins for my turn just to deal with the most horrible staff member, Natalie, and was absolutely terrible.She has zero customer service skills, is rude, condescending, and repeatedly put words into my mouth by assuming what I meant or was trying to say. I can’t believe she still has a job. Everything about this woman from her appearance to her demeanour screams unprofessional!I left there in a state of utter shock. Needless to say I spoke to the assistant manager Maureen and I hope she will deal with this.Update: Maureen was supposed to “look into the situation” and get back to me within a few days, I’m still waiting to hear from her…,I guess I know now why the staff are the way they are.
