If there was a negative star I would choose it. The worst place regarding auto service, the price are misleading (no deals) and whatever you do, don't take the roadside service.I am speaking from years of spending on all of thier products and services.

this is certainly one of the best outfitted/equipped inventories/largest Canadian Tire locations in the Quebec/Levis Area. very good returns/customer service desk, very well staffed, giant seasonal area. rivals the biggest and best Canadian Tire locations any where in all of Canada.also very easy to get to with proximity to 40e.

Too expensive, and the mechanics that worked on my car aren't good at the job at all.

its always nice to go to my favorite store its a beautiful day to go to my favorite store for a long time since im about 5 years old with my dad im 70 and still enjoy it a lot it makes me feel like a kid the only difference i have to pay instead of my dad ha!ha!

The difference in these places comes from the personnel ; here I have had so far a very good experience with welcoming people, ready and willing to help. Aisles are a bit overstocked that narrow them a bit too much, but maybe it is due to holiday season.

Good place to get cheap tools or car accessories . Be carefull it has to be on sales if not the price are insanely expensive. Most of the house stuff are cheaper in walmart even if its 70% off in canadian tire , so be aware : )

I would give 0 if i got option for this… very disrespectful staff on dock.. i came here for delivery.. lady has no manners and sense that how to talk to drivers.. she yell on me very loud.. even another workers who work with her on shipping are scared from her..

Worst experience ever for car repair. I was in Quebec City for vacation and my car showed engine warning light. I came to CT Beuport and they said the knock sensor have to be replaced and it’s gonna be done the next day. Next day when I took the car I immediately noticed a ticking sound in engine and immediately brought to the manger’s and mechanic’s attention. There was a loose cover lying on the engine as well, which they said it’s not required hence they did not fix. For the noise the manager pressed the gas pedal and said it’s OK and will go away. I had to return to Toronto. When I came back to Toronto the engine light again came back, I took it to nearest CT, since the repair was done at CT. They informed that the car did not have engine oil and that had what caused the problem. It should have been checked at CT Beuport. And the mechanic did not fix one of the hoses in engine properly which caused the ticking sound.Highly unprofessional and incapable staff. They did not just risk the car engine but also me and my family. Engine could have seized on the way or anything could have happened.I would never recommend this Canadian Tire, not even to change the washer fluid in the car. STAY AWAY!

The employees were useful and knowledgeable of their products. The self-service cashiers are always bugging. The store is clean and articles well presented.
