Dr Ratkowski is a wonderful surgeon. Very professional and empathetic. Always allowed sufficient time to explain the process and answer questions. His staff are extremely welcoming.

Centennial Oral surgery office provides excellent service. I called with a very painful tooth and I had an appointment the next day. Dr. R was very detailed telling me exactly what was going on and I experience very little pain, swelling or bruising. I would recommend Centennial Oral surgery office to anyone.

Dr. Ratkokowski and Nurse Sally were excellent with me and my very High Fear of Dentists. They make me feel comfortable. It was the first IV in my 53 years I NEVER FELT LITERALLY. Sally is that good.I was the biggest coward in the world when it comes to dentists. But will Highly recommend and encourage fellow cowards to do something for themselves. I have no idea what the final result of my son-in-law’s oral surgery was, but I can tell you, the front of house customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I agreed to financially cover his surgery, but they sure don’t make it easy to pay! They don’t take Amex, they don’t do etransfer, they don’t take a cheque, just cash or visa. He doesn’t own a credit card, and my visa was at its limit. He told me it was $1800. So I e-transfered that to him, so he could use his debit at the time of the procedure. He calls me right after the surgery to say it still costs $665 more! Because he could hardly talk I asked to speak to the receptionist. She made it plain (I could feel her rolling her eyes at me through the phone), that all this was an inconvenience FOR HER. Excuse me? I paid the difference with my Visa, but she said that it was obvious that the remaining $1800 would not be able to be paid at once because it’s more than most people can spend at one time using debit. (Again, an inconvenience to her!) RIGHT?! THEN MAKE IT EASIER FOR ORDINARY PEOPLE TO PAY THEIR BILL!! Take American Express, which usually has no limit, do e-transfers & take cheques!! For god sake, don’t just let someone who has been through the wringer of oral surgery stand there & make them feel guilty for not having $2500+ in their back pocket to make your life easy. You should be making this easy for them, not the other way around. Remember that!

Showed up for a morning consultation, got sassed by the receptionist that I missed their call to change my appointment last minute. They then told me they can get me in, but made me wait a full hour in the waiting room, then another 20 minutes once I got in.Most importantly, the dentist showed up late, examined ANOTHER PATIENT'S X-ray thinking it was mine, then got defensive and said he was going by what he saw in my mouth directly. Instead of apologizing for breaking another patient's confidentiality. Really; I was flabbergasted.Then they charged me full price for my ridiculously unprofessional consultation. I honestly don't want to be put under anesthetic with this kind of lack of care to detail.Place really needs better management or something, I don't even know. I know people who have went there to have their wisdom teeth pulled and had no issues (including my brother, and my dental hygienist), but I don't trust them an inch, and I don't really want to pay them any money after my own experience.Especially after breaking patient confidentiality and being defensive about it.

Called me last minute to offer a change in appointment, communicated as optional and a last minute opening and to call back. Was working nights so not able to contact them back, assumed original appointment was in place. Called me today, day of appointment stating my appointment was moved and that my original was no longer available. Communicated a completely different story than what was left as a voicemail right before they closed after. Complete lack of professionalism and communication displayed. Will choose another oral surgeon. Based on how they handled this situation, I wouldn't really trust them with anesthesia or my teeth.

Had my wisdom teeth removed today. I apperntly was not having a good time and cried the whole time. Nurses Jamie and Carol were AMAZING and helped me through everything. I would like to give a special thank you Jamie for sitting for me as long as I needed to calm my breathing and crying to stop. 10\10 recommend coming here as their staff will go above and beyond for you! Specially for anyone who may have dental anxiety!

I've had dr Terry for 2 surgerys the latter of which I was awake for they had to remove a piece of bone off my jaw thats been causing me lot of pain I was terribly scared I was about to leave but him and his assistant assured me it wouldn't be that bad just him describing hammering on my jaw with a chisel and hammer had me about yo cry but I went ahead because they talked me threw my feelings and im telling you as soon as he froze me I did not feel a thing the most painful part of the hole thing was the suction thinking the back of my tongue witch isn't bad for the type of procedure they did I can't tell u how thankful I am to have a dentist like this thanks so much guysSincerelyJordan caird

They got me in so fast, I had an infected tooth at 7 1/2 months pregnant, I was shaking like a leaf I was so scared and the staff literally rubbed /held my hand and it was the QUICKEST tooth extraction I’ve ever had ! I’m so thankful to not be in pain anymore thank you so much
