I came in to the shop with a very specialized request for a ceiling fan part. Maurice made two trips to the back of his shop to find exactly the right part. Success! I found exactly what I was looking for. He did not charge me anything. Bottom line: the customer service at Lighting Unlimited is superb.

Outstanding service. We love our chandeliers that we bought in 2021, and we have brought our neighbour here to get some new lights for her kitchen and dining area. The staff here (Ria) are so helpful. Our friend had some specific (limited) requirements and Ria made it happen. We felt good that we could help out our neighbour. This will be my go to" shop for any lighting I require in the future

Not only do they have a great selection, they stand by what they sell. We'd bought 2 floor lamps a little over a year ago. One of them suddenly stopped working. They gave me no grief about returning it and trading it for a new one, even though it was past warranty. Thank you!

Excellent lighting advice, expertise and selection. Owners and staff have helped us find old style lightbulbs, have rewired lamps for us, have helped us search for unique lights we saw & wanted to replicate - just exceptional people with expert lighting skills. And they have a wonderful in-store selection of lights - over more than a few years, we have fully lighted our home from this store. Thank you for always being our go-to and never saying “no” - you always help us find a solution and it’s so much appreciated!!

Excellent! I like their contemporary lighting collection. I found a lot of nice pieces to complement my renovation. You definitely pay more than at Lowe's and home Depot; however, this store is much cheaper and friendlier than park lighting or ba Robinson. If you buy a lot of lighting you will get a builder's discount. I was able to get Kendall lighting for a couple hundred cheaper than at ba Robinson with the discount. The store is conveniently located by Southgate and off the whitemud. Ample parking as well. I would not hesitate to purchase again from lighting unlimited; staff are very friendly, helpful and won't pressure you into anything. Cheers!

It's just a small lighting store but they have a lovely selection. Excellent customer service!I have looked all over to find the right light. I should have come here first!!! Will be back!

Terrific little store with lots of selection and the best part....the prices are lower than the competitors in the city by quite a bit . If you are looking for lighting definently check them out .
