Service department staff need a vacation

Excellant service,car fixed and nice and clean when picked up!

And again. . .the service and assistance provided by Curtis, the customer service assistant from Regina Nissan exceeded my expectations. Not only did the appointment scheduling, precision and effectiveness of the service provided, reached excellency but the conversation exchange did not disappoint me. In a world of decreasing quality of all services, dealing with Curtis was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely continue taking advantage of their services contingent upon Curtis will be still part of their staff. Good job, and keep up.

Very pricey

I've been visiting the Service Department at Regina Nissan for almost five years now, having service work done on a Pathfinder and Sentra. I've seen many employees come and go during this time and have worked with a few different people but one service advisor, Curtis McLaughlin, continues to be the bar I compare all other service providers to. He is honest, transparent and knowledgeable when it comes to required or suggested maintenance and no work is started until its first discussed in detail. He is a creative problem solver who has always put me and my needs first. I would highly recommend visiting Curtis at Nissan Service and Parts.
