They provided excellent service from the start to the end, didn't pressure us to choose pricier options, and had great knowledge. We chose a mix of carpet and laminate with a stair runner, and we're thrilled with the outcome. Very helpful and courteous sales service, quickly finding what I needed and guiding me through my color and flooring selection. Excellent value for what I needed. The fitters arrived yesterday, expecting it to be a two-day job, but they remained late to complete it in one day. My new stairs appear fantastic, and you did an outstanding job. The fitters were extremely respectful, friendly yet civil, and left everything immaculate. I really couldn't be more pleased. Will certainly use and recommend the company again.

Santa Floring was really professional in helping us choose the right carpet and vinyl flooring for our daughter's apartment. Such a wonderful business. On time, with fair prices, without tricks, and with honest labor. Santa flooring quickly fixed any minor problems that were found. For both the complete downstairs wood floor and the entire upstairs carpet, I used Carpet One. Had such a wonderful time working with them, I would highly suggest!

I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get new vinyl flooring or carpeting installed. The staff at the shop were very helpful, and the estimator and fitters were all incredibly friendly and did an excellent job. We had vinyl flooring put in two rooms and a new carpet, and we were very satisfied with the final result.

Excellent customer service and very detailed job. I personally didn't have any floor work done, but I was visiting a friend who had some floor renovations done around her kitchen and living area, and I must say, their work was excellent for the price spent compared to what I've seen out there. I'd heartily suggest them to anyone in need of floor work. I greatly value your effectiveness.

We are completely satisfied with every aspect of our new carpet; from the initial consultation, a thorough grasp of our requirements was demonstrated, along with extensive product knowledge and a tailored solution. The fitters were excellent, all nuances done exactly as we wanted, they were friendly, immaculately clean, very knowledgeable and experienced, and the carpet and underlay were exactly as ordered. We couldn't be pleased with everything from beginning to end, at least a 12/10! It comes strongly recommended.
