Cashiers don’t remove security tags and do not even check for them tbh, and are surprised when the security gates scream at every customer leaving. Classy

Staff is good and the place is quite organized.

Fun place...even for a grown up. As a father, my wardrobe is 70% U.PEven my son gets his stuff there.Costumer service brought it 1 star away from 5...but still line that place

They have some nice specials, particularly some nice woolen winter pants for the freezing winterstorms ahead. They are dissapearing pretty fast, too. They also have some nice sweaters and nice worm socks and scarves. The fancier stuff, on the other hand, is pretty tacky. Also, for some reason, their tops just don't look good on you.

Good cheap clothes but at the same time modern/trendy clothes etc..

Every single staff member I saw looked miserable. The girls at the checkout didn’t smile to anyone, not even once. On of them slammed my purchases into my bag and carelessly tossed it to me. That being said, it’s clothing- it won’t break, but still not the way to treat clients. Worst service i’ve seen in a long time.

Very cheap quality and bad service especially by the manager. Also in the name of sale they are cheating customers. On Friday the 13th December I purchased couple of spring jackets originally priced at 59.99 for 10 dollars each which was fine for a low quality Jacket. Today, that is on Saturday the 14th December I went again to buy a couple of same type of jackets and stood in queue for almost an hour. To my utter shock I was told by the counter sales girl that the price of the Jacket which I bought yesterday for $10 was $ 30.I couldn't believe that and the sales girl called the same manager with attitude who didn't give me any satisfactory reply and I went away wasting an hour in the queue for payment. It's absolutely cheating customers in the name of sale because with other stores like Forever 21, with each passing day the prices were reduced but here they are increasing the prices with each passing day. Beware and check the prices before wasting an hour in the payment queue. Won't advise to be cheated by this closing sale

Cheap clothes come with poor quality. Save a little bit more money and go to a store where they sell clothes a little bit more expensive, but assured to be a good purchase.
