Nice people, renting there is flexible enough to make you feel comfortable in case you need to cancel because of a last minute rain.They explained to me very well how to deploy the toy and how to get it back to them.My kids loved! Was clean, in good shape and easy.Web site is easy to use, parking is in front of their store.I recommend it!

If I could give Amuz zero stars, I would. Worst service I've ever gotten. I rented a cotton candy machine for my son's birthday party last weekend and the machine didn't work. We wasted the entire party trying to get it to work. When we called the company, someone by the name of Carrie answered. She was not very helpful and she told my partner that her day ends at noon (this was around 10:30 am). She told him to try another outlet to plug the machine. He tried at least 6 other ones, but the machine didn't work on any of them.He called back and there was no answer. When she finally returned his call, she offered to bring us another machine, but for an extra charge. By the time she would have gotten to us, the party would have been almost over (assuming her replacement machine did end up working, we would have been able to use it for half an hour only at a higher cost than what we initially paid!). It made no sense and wasn't worth it for us, seeing as we had already wasted so much time with this cotton candy situation.So in the end, no cotton candy and a lot of disappointed kids.When I returned the machine the next morning, I expected to be reimbursed, given the fact that the machine was non-functional and we hadn't even used it once, but this Carrie person refused, claiming the machine worked fine at their warehouse. I basically paid money to have a machine that didn't work and have our day ruined.Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Not worth the time, money or headaches.

Very fun for a birthday party! Super easy, they were always available by phone. Definitely will use again.

Definitely a recommended place to rent inflatables. First time renting there and the service was impeccable. I was unfamiliar with the product and they were one phone call away. Despite the long road to pick up, would definitely go back!
