I hate to leave negative reviews however please stay away from this company. I have given north of 10k of a deposit since March. My rep was always very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond however she is no longer with the company. I have been trying for several weeks to get an update on my install. I was told in July that we were a matter of weeks away so I rushed to replace my shingles (which still had several years of life on them but I figured it would be good to replace then before the solar panels went on. Their phone number either goes directly to voice-mail promising a call back within 48 hours that never comes, or requests that you enter an extention where any combination of numbers results in extention not found.""

The salesperson, Gabriel Subanovich, took a $350 deposit from me and I never heard back from him. He insisted on cash, which, in retrospect, was a huge red flag.

Got my panels done and may I say this company does an amazing job. Good communication, they told and showed me everything I needed to know and explained it all perfect…i am no longer paying for electricity and I can finally make some of the money back off the power in my home due to me deciding to get solar panels but if I had stayed paying for my electricity I wouldn’t have got nothing back!

I need my deposit back.I really want to rate them in negative, totally frustrated with this company, gave a deposit in March this year and have had zero communication coming from them. Their 1888 number either goes to Voicemail (and asks you to leave a message which they say they would return a call within 24-48 hours which never happens) or it asks you to enter an extension which you don't know, i entered random numbers, tried 0, 1, 100, 500, nothing works. so technically no way of reaching out to them. No emails mentioned, the contact us form on their website doesn't work. What a con company, please stay away from them.

If you're looking for a Solar company for your green energy then don't go with This company. They promise that the process will tale approx.3/4 Months. I ordered mine in October and it's now towards the end of May and they have not yet completed the process. they gave me an installation date and came straight away to pick up the cheque for the balance of the full payment. They did come to install the panels on the day they said. So i have the panels on the roof, but they have not been hooked up and after 4 phone calls i've not been able to get any information on when the full installation will be finished. You cannot speak with the Installation team or a Manager. Don't get conned like me. Stay away from this company.

EVERYTHING about SUNWAVE AND NIKO HOMESIN is fake. Even their posistive reviews on googke are fake. Not only did they scam and trick their clients into paying them hoping for solar energy, but also scalmed and tricked its employees. I was there for 6 months and haven’t to this day seen one tenth of the money I was owed. Completely fraudulent and lying company with a trash of a human being of a manager, Niko Homesin, leading young men into false promises, and leading people into mispending their money. Avoid this company as well as other affiliates such as Brawn Brothers at ALL costs!!

I’m absolutely frustrated with this company. I gave a deposit for my solar panels in December 2021. All of the paperwork and permits were approved by December 2021.I have not heard from the company since regarding my installation. It is now June 2022. I’ve made numerous phone calls to inquire and I’ve always been told that a manager would call me. They have never called.

Nik Homesin (owner of the company) is a fraud. He does not do what he promises and cannot be trusted. He needs to pay his sales reps who worked very hard for the company and have not seen anything from it. Do not trust this company all these reviews do not reflect the business practices of this company.

They took my deposit and one payment total 9500 dollars. Sent count less emails and heard nothing from them. I give them a minus 10.
