The best Dental Office in Niagara Falls. Have been going for 20 years and every appointment is on time and professional. The staff is excellent and would not change dentist even though I now live 3 hours away.

Dr. Frizzell is the best dentist ever! He and his staff treat you like family. They are very attentive and handle fear of dentist" anxiety excellently. He is always available and even went in on his birthday on a Sunday to aid our son with a braces issue when the orthodontist wasn't available! We don't even live in Niagara Falls but will travel just to remain his patient."

I am truly greatful for Dr. Frizzel and his team. They treat you like a person. Any questions I've had they have gone above and beyond to answer. They honestly care about their patients

I don't normally endorse or mention places, but just want to give a huge thank you to Frizzell Family dental behind the 7 Eleven at Drummond and MCLeod road.A problematic filling popped out last night. A hot and cold sensitive crater. I gave them a call first thing this morning and Dr. Frizzell squeezed me in during lunch.Feeling great again and extremely appreciative of their service.

I have been going to Dr Frizzell since I was a young child, now my entire family goes there. Dr. Frizzell and his staff are wonderful to deal with and we've always been satisfied with the level of care he's given us.

I went to Dr. Frizzell for the first time with a sever toothache.He was kind and goofy and I felt comfortable enough even though I heard inappropriate rumours about his office. Dr.Frizzell gave me a‘examination and diagnosis’ $153 ‘one surface-acid etched’ $209The pain was unreal from the moment I walked out of the office even with the usual numb mouth, so I called and went back 2 days to find an answer where this pain was coming from. He said the filler wasn’t done right and applied more filler with no cost which was nice.I had booked a new patient exam and xray for the week after. I went for the new patient exam stating I was still in pain but was told it will fade away and I shouldn’t be feeling any pain. I got ‘permanent dentition’ 151$ ‘‘single film panoramic ’(xray) 69$‘four film bitewing’ 51$‘four films periapical’ $53‘three unit scaling’ $172 and a free polishing for a grand total of 859.70$ and being told I need to come back in AGAIN for a root canal. That’s three separate visits and no solution. Although they were very timely and I appreciate that very much, got me in right away, which says something, or maybe it doesn't.Two weeks later I am still in pain so I went to my usual dentist at Montrose dental. In an hour visit i got ‘examination and diagnosis’ 36$ and ‘two unit scaling’ for 120$. The hygienist was confused as to how long and where they ever cleaned my teeth and why the teeth where the filler was applied was full of ridges and said I definitely do NOT need a root canal! I have an appointment on Friday with my usual Dentist for the recall of the filler, a desensitization and a night guard.I feel like a fool going to Dr.Frizzell I would never recommend him to anyone. Noone really wants to help anyone, they just want to give out the best answers they have in their minds instead of a practical solution with some care and attention to detail. It’s unfortunate, for me.

Cheap isn't better! This guy yells at his assistant while working on patients (my family). Then starts singing like life is good. Then while the patient was still in the chair, opens the door and yells at front office staff. Then was talking about his work in forensic dentistry and bite marks- seriously inappropriate conversation!!! Got bad vibes.... looked him up online, read the old charges. OMG!! I was horrified! Wished I read these articles before subjecting my family to this guy.

My experiences at Dr. Frizzell's office have always been positive. They are welcoming and kind, calming all my nerves. I have always left their office feeling great about my cleaning and examinations. Jessica has been my hygienist at each visit and I could not recommend her enough!! She is professional and kind, ensuring you are comfortable during the entirety of visit!
