A1 Rose Milton Taxi

I should have checked the reviews before dealing with them. I booked a cab to airport for agreed upon fee of $60. Soon after he started driving engine pressure low light came on and the alarm that comes with it. I told the guy I don't want to be late for my flight check in and will pay extra for 407, he still took 401 and we got stuck in traffic and were extremely late for our flight (last ones to be boarded). The engine light and alarm kept going so I asked him to drop us somewhere from where we will call another cab and he did not listen. After reaching the airport in a terrible mood, the driver started fighting with us that $60 is too low. The worst cab experience ever.

We ordered a van to pick us up because we had so much luggage, but they sent us a car which didn’t fit all our luggage in the trunk. The driver made us put our extra suitcases on our laps for the 45 minute drive to the airport. He also closed the door on my brother’s knee before he was settled in the car. The driver was also on the phone the whole time and looked down at his phone multiple times. One of our suitcases was damaged when he crammed it into the trunk. When we got to the airport, we paid him for a car price, and the driver swore at us and called us cheap for not paying for a van, even though they sent us a car.We called dispatch and they were very rude and refused to hear our side of the story and also called us cheap for not paying a van price when we were sent a car.I would not recommend this taxi company to anyone!

Called 2 nights before flight. Dispatch said flat rate of $50 to airport. Driver arrived with van that looked like it has never been cleaned on the inside. Driver looked like a mess as well. Smelled awful. He put meter on which I thought was odd being a flat rate. When we arrived he said it was $55 because “that was old rate, it went up.” Complete lie.By contrast the driver and car that took us home from the airport (different company) was not only well groomed and dressed but his car was immaculate and it only cost $5 more. Lesson learned.

wish i could give this place less than 1 star. i had someone pick me up, his machine wasn’t working and didn’t work twice. he said he would come and get the money from me the following weekend and didn’t. the weekend afterwards he came and acted like it was my fault that the payment didn’t go through. the worst part, i went to book another cab with them today and the first thing he asks me is “do you have any money”. maybe if your machines worked better then there wouldn’t be an issue. don’t book with these guys.

I'm a really Respectable Individual, however I was really disappointed when dealing with a Dispatcher who acts Narcissistic, unaccountable and disrespectful towards a different culture other than theirs creates a conflict insinuating discrimination and or racism. My mobile phone fell out of my pocket accidentally and went unnoticed until it was too late. Writer was given a hard time and the run around for the unforseen circumstance. The Dispatcher/Owner continuosly pointed blame at writer as well as made it extremely difficult to reach a respectable resolution with common sense and dignity. The dispatcher/owner seems to have the mentality of ignorant child instead of a respectable adult mentality towards the writer. Not a an ideal attitude in this day and age where respect, common sense and dignity as well as empathy are needed now more than ever. Taxi drivers should not demand respect while disrespecting their fares with Head game. If you're outside Waiting for 20 mins and fare doesn't see driver;fare is not responsible for driver's lack respect in communication with fare who waits for unprofessional drivers.I am also getting tired of drivers instigating arguments with customer over not having functional equipment for customer to pay for fare. Begging and demanding payment is not how to treat your customers, especially regular ones. If your drivers expect respect listening skills and respect to your customers is key. How many drivers must I complain about?

Terrible customer service. No one in this company cares about their jobs, or their clients. I would never ever recommend such a company to anyone that I know.I had a customer service Representative over the phone get mad at me for asking questions about pricing over the phone. I was simply asked approximately how much a fare tends to be going from one location to another so that I will be able to ensure that I have enough cash on me for when I require the taxi service later in the day. Instead of being able to help me though, they were rude to me asking if I was ordering a taxi for right now. Once I told them no, not for right now, but I will be later, the person on the phone got extremely rude, like I was wasting her time, and told me that I might want to call another company.No problem. I will never call your company again and I will tell everyone that I know!If you are in need of a taxi service please try and use blue and white or a black cab, much better service.

Clearly I'm not the only one who thinks this is a poor taxi company. the drivers are completely unprofessional and awful drivers. Our driver almost caused a huge accident as he doesn't know the rules of the road. I have no idea how he got his licence. I called to complain and was told to file a report because the company is not responsible for their contracted Drivers". just brutal"

Pretty sure I got ripped off by the taxi driver.I called for a taxi to come at 5 AM to go airport from Milton the night before I was supposed to leave. The driver arrived on time which was nice. The website says that the flat rate to the airport is $45 from Milton to Pearson airport, but when I got into the taxi, the driver started the metre. I didn't say anything at the time in case the driver gets defensive and weird and decided to ask about the flat rate when I arrive at the airport.When we arrived, he said the total was going to be something like $78. I reminded him that the flat rate is $45 according to the website and he simply said the website is old and there is no flat rate. I argued but felt like I had no choice but pay the price according to the metre.Update your website if there's no more flat rate or at least tell your customers when they ask for a taxi to the airport!

Has it's flaws but atleast they show up on time compared to A-Milton taxi. Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes for them to arrive, I've never been late to work because of them (unlike their competitor).Would definitely recommend considering the other options, atleast you'll get to where you need to be and that is what's important.
