The worst customer service ever. Useless virtual assistant. Impossible to get through to speak to life person. Impossible to resolve matter. 2 fraudulent companies -Gamers.store and secretgardens.shop- withdrew money from my account, I immediately reported, but PC MasterCard did nothing. This is hard for a 72 year old leaving on pension!

I've been on the phone for now almost 4 hour's and no one is able to help me. This is regarding an etransfer that was put into my account and auto deposit except I don't see anything. This is the absolute worst customer service,they pawn you off on other departments to find out all the time you have been waiting was the wrong one..awful awful awful service...I think pc is worst then CIBC. I would put zero stars except I can't.

10/30/2020I recently applied and got approved for the new PC Financial Money Account and received my new card. When I tried to activate, sign up, and set up my account it just didn't work. I called customer service right away and even spoke  several upper managers about the issue/problem who were all useless, not helpful, never gave me a straight clear answer, and never resolved my issue with any satisfaction. I was told that it was a processing error and that it was by mistake with my approval in sending me a card. I was told to call the two credit bureaus for answers, which I did right away. The two credit bureaus Equifax + TransUnion both stated that there's no issue or any problem with my credit file or credit history and I have excellent credit. The bizarre thing is the credit bureau stated normally when you inquiry or applying for any credit there's always either a soft or hard inquiry on your credit file. In this instance my PC Financial application soft inquiry process didn't even show up in my credit file. The reason I applied for the card was because it was use to maximize PC Optimum points with purchases under the PC ambarella of family.Just be vey weary if your applying for this so call wonderful new PC money account card. I would never ever apply for anything with this company ever again. Terrible awful experience wasted so much of my time for nothing. MKLiu

Called several times to get a copy of my bill and was transferred to different departments and still on one can assist me. Also, the waiting time to speak to someone in customer service is very long. Finally when I got hold of someone, she can't help me so she transferred me to another department. When I got hold of someone from another department, he transferred by back to customer service. Very poor service

Paid my balance through my online banking over a week ago but the payment is still not applied so I left a message in support enquiring about the payment and I'm being ignored. I always pay off my balance within a day or 2 after a transaction so I don't carry a balance. I sent another message enquiring, including a picture of my payment and hoping for an explanation. If there's problems and no explanation, its time to move on

Booked a hotel from PC travel in April, but I have to cancel it on May 11th. I haven’t received any refund and my points was reversed on May 11th. I called yesterday and I have been told the refund will take 10 WEEKS! Unacceptable!!!

PC Mastercard-Great card when there are no issues and if you plan on having this card forever. If you have an issue or try to cancel, be prepared for it to take years to resolve.

Terrible service! Zero stars!! Mysterious deductions from my account that never returned. Didn't receive refunds and my money just sits there on a closed account. No customer service rep or call centre supervisor has helped or called back to give me my money but if I owed the company, they would have called me or sent me to collections.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Longtime loyal customer of PC Financial MasterCard, encountered a minor issue that would have been immediately resolved by any other credit card company I have ever dealt with. Told by the call centre agent AND their supervisor that there was nothing they could do to resolve the matter quickly, even under threat of losing my business not only with their credit card, but across all their lines of business including groceries and drug stores. Really, really horrible response on their part and wholly unacceptable. Evidently loyalty and reliability are not valued by this company any more.
