It takes a lot for me to bother writing a review. I am completely blown away by the over and above customer service I received. I rented a concrete drill at the Orleans location Nov 9th. About 2 hrs into my project the bit became stuck in the ground and I spent the next 2 hours trying to break it free with no luck. I decided to throw in the towel and return the drill. Fully expecting to pay for the lost bit but hoping to be billed the half day rate instead of the 24hrs I initially signed for. Not only did they not charge me a dime for my rental, they didn’t even want money for the expensive bit that I lost. Truly impressive customer service.I won’t even consider renting anywhere else in the future. Thank you !

Have experienced a lot of tool rental businesses in the past and Robertson Rent all for a change gave me the best service I could ask for, special thanks to Kyle and Brendan at the front always going the extra mile for my landscaping business. I recommend to all who need tool rentals for their great work ethic and patience.

I rented a 4 core drill that unfortunately had a couple of issues but I did get the job done. The gentleman that served me when I returned it and explained that it may need servicing for a few things was very apologetic and waived the rental fee which I did not expect as I got the job done with some minor inconveniences. His customer service (which is a lost art) was outstanding and empathetic. I ran a company for 25 years and when you get a guy like this

I can't say enough about these guys. Rick from the Kanata location made the impossible happen and got me a boom for a day in-between long term rentals when initially they had nothing for over a month. Thanks again Rick, appreciate your efforts. Very happy customer!

Great experience from start to finish. Good prices, friendly and accommodating staff, nice location.One small note as feedback: when trying to call the phone lines were unresponsive for a few hours - filling out the online form was a breeze though, had someone confirm my order rather quickly - which was even better.

I've usually been rather pleased with my dealings with Robertson Rent All. . . Until my latest encounter. Returned an item unused and when I informed the sales agent it was not used he suggested either I was lying or someone lied to me. Brave ill grant him that but I can assure you I was not living and another truth is I won't use the service again sadly.

Great business with a focus on quality and customer service. Second time I rent floor refinishing equipment from them (drum sander and edger) - their prices were better than other places. I reserved the equipment in advance by email and always had fast responses. Also no issues when I called to see if I could pick them up a few hours early. Great storefront and reps quickly acknowledge you're there and also explain how to use the equipment thoroughly. The second time I rented, upon returning the equipment I noted some issues I encountered and the rep went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied with my experience. Will definitely continue to rent from Robertson for my future projects.

I will never rent from home depot again. Rented an auger here and the 3 guys I dealt with were all great, they gave me tips on how to use the machine also

Horrible customer service. Rented a jack that was suppose to be electric. They dropped one off that is manual that need 3 men to push. I called, no solution, they charged my credit card and disappeared.
