Is a rating of more than 5 stars possible?From the very first visit to review what we envisioned and throughout the entire process, this was the project that seemed to achieve the unachievable (home renovations that were high quality, with detailed workmanship, professionalism and all within budget!) Working with RHR made the process that others have told us they dreaded absolutely seamless!The communication with Julia was always timely and professional with the ultimate goal of getting the job done at the best price possible. We cannot thank Moe enough for his dedication to the project. He is not only extremely professional, punctual and hard working – he cares about the final outcome. He was always present with his team to make sure the job was going well, was first to communicate any issue and always had a solution or suggestion to rectify any situation. The overall experience with RHR was seamless and the outcome was incredible! We are already looking at what RHR can help us with next.The scope of work we did was: Removing old and installing new tiles (2 levels and bathrooms), sanding and staining existing hardwood floors, removing and installing new stairs (2 levels) installing wrought iron railings on the staircase (2 levels), removing popcorn ceilings and painting (3 levels).

I just recently bought my first home and wanted to refinish my hardwood floors as the previous owner had a dog that scratched up them up. I called numerous places and some turned me down citing that my floors were maple, based on the photos, and refused to work on them. I finally came across Royal Hardwood Refinishing and they not only accepted the job but went so far as to come to my home to see the floors in person in order to assess them and provide an accurate quote. I ended up going with Royal Hardwood Refinishing and couldn't be happier. They did a beautiful job and seeing my new floors every day brings me a lot of joy.The contractor who did my floors was punctual, attentive, and accommodating. He described every step of the process so I knew what he was working on each day and made me feel 100% comfortable with all the choices I had to make (i.e., water or oil-based varnish). I really appreciated this as a new home owner who is going through the process for the first time.I couldn't recommend Royal Hardwood Refinishing enough. They know what they're doing and their prices are beyond reasonable.

Moe and his team are very hard-working, punctual, reliable, and honest. Moe and Julia both maintained open communication throughout the project refinishing the staircase and installing vinyl flooring in the 2 kitchens and washroom. Moe and his team did an outstanding job and I would consider working with Moe, Julia, and the team again in the future.

The staff at Royal Hardwood Refinishing did a great job refinishing our floors in the entire house and installing metal spindles on our stairs case. Their staff was always punctual every day and explained the process every step of the way. We love how updated our home now looks. They made repairs to areas that were previously unprofessionally installed and expertly installed new floors in our kitchen weaving it in from the hallway for a seamless look. From the estimate, booking, to the install of new flooring in our entire main floor - communication was clear, and the crew’s attention to detail and obvious pride in their work were obvious. This team managed to completely renovate my house including stair change, carpet removal, installing new steps, hardwood floor sanding and staining, popcorn ceiling removal and painting, baseboard and windows frame installation and painting, as well as luxury vinyl flooring installation.The whole job was done perfectly, they have high sense of quality, very responsive to customer needs, punctual in terms of time and respect for customer satisfaction.I would highly recommend them.
