Arctic Spas Quesnel

Caleb did an excellent job selling us our Arctic cub hot tub.

We are first time hot tub owners and are thoroughly enjoying the Arctic Spa Eagle. The sales associate, Caleb, was a pleasure to deal with. Arctic Spa have a good service team and will help whenever the need arises.

Hello Northern B.C. Folks. This is a shout out to Jake and Caleb of Arctic Spas Quesnel ! Two genuine humans who opened their location in Quesnel in early 2020. Jake and Caleb are two creative, hard working young men with a great sense of customer service and professionalism. Jake's expertise with the spa set up and maintenance, and Caleb's communication are a good pairing and partnership that serves customers well.We purchased the Cub Signature Spa during the first year of Covid and although this presented some delays we are now a month in with the Cub Spa and loving it. In particular we are very pleased with the seating and jet options giving us the just right variety to meet everyone's needs in the family.Jake and Caleb along with Manny from the home location of Arctic Spas in Alberta also provided us with a lovely gift basket in acknowledgement of the delay in getting our family into our spa.Since enjoying our spa Caleb and Jake have continued to check in to see if we have any questions or needs regarding the operation of the spa. This attention to customer service is really appreciated and speaks to the integrity of Arctic Spas Quesnel !!

We purchased an Arctic Swim Spa in August. Apparently Quesnel Arctic Spa had changed ownership and is now owned by an absentee owner. The spa is amazing however the service from the dealer was awful. They delivered the wrong covers and then tried to tell us they were correct. They gave us the wrong information on how to set up the Spa (we had paid for delivery and set up - but they just gave us the wrong instructions and left it to us). The wood skirting was damaged during delivery - it is still damaged. The Spa Boy was not installed (had been removed for another unit and never replaced). The chemistry in the tub was a mess and they were unable to tell us how to correct it. I asked for the rowing accessory - they told me they would order in - and then I found out that it had to be set up during the build and wasn’t available for our tub. We had trouble setting up the wifi connection - they told us it was our fault. We eventually gave up and started dealing with Arctic Spa in PG because they didn’t have the right service people here in Quesnel. If you are considering buying a spa - ask lots of questions; make sure you are clear on what they provide; ask about who is doing the servicing. I just can’t recommend Quesnel - consider PG (who are amazing to deal with)

Great service from Caleb and Jake! We had a second hand hot tub that was having water issues, they got things sorted out and now we have perfectly clear water! Very friendly and personable, too!

This is the worst of all the arctic spa locations in b.c.The owner is a crook and the people working there have no idea what they are doing. The Prince George location is much better and much more professional. strongly recommend going to P.G. for all your spa needs.
