Je bénéficie de services de ce centre dentaire depuis plus que 15 ans. Toujours vers la quête de l’excellence et améliorations des soins et des services, j’ai suivi l’évolution de ce centre avec une grande appréciation. La bienveillance, le souci du bien-être de ses clients, le respect sont unes de valeurs de ce centre, des valeurs qui m’interpelle beaucoup lorsque je dois choisir des services privés pour moi et ma famille. Pour tout dire, toute ma famille fait partie de la clientèle du Centre Dentaire St-Onge ( mari, deux enfants, frère).Merci pour vos services!

Fantastic professional service by the dentist , hygienist and staff , i had a few dental procedures and the services are 5* . Dr st onge is a true artist in cosmetic dentistry . Highly recommended .

The doctor was incredibly mean, she literally started cussing me out because she didn't understand something I was saying in English. I do not recommend, I will never go again.

Great team of professionals with excellent service

I did scaling last summer. The next day they called me and asked me to take a blood test for HIV and hepatitis at a hospital, because the hygienist accidentally cut himself with the instrument he used for my scaling. I was not covered by RAMQ at that time, but they told me that I didn't have to pay. So I went for the test. A couple of days ago, I received a bill of $900+ for the blood test.In their phone call, I was NOT sufficiently informed about:1) why I had to take the blood test, because it was the hygienist who was cut, not me;2) I actually had the option to refuse to take the test.After receiving the bill, I talked with their director but the response I got was sort of cold. I pointed out that I was not given enough information on it. But they simply give me excuses like oh last summer there were a lot of new employees joining so ..." They never expressed even a tiny bit of regret or apology for the bad communication. The director even told me that "It was not our fault

Compétents, honnêtes, respectueux décrivent bien les membres d’équipe de cette clinique. La clinique est extrêmement propre, à l’avant-garde, bien entretenu, confortable. On n’a aucun doute sur la qualité du service qu’on va y recevoir. On ne fait pas réparer si ce n’est pas nécessaire. Les dentistes expliquent bien et nous mettent en confiance.
