Had the loveliest pedicure at Aina Organic Spa today with Anna! She was professional, meticulous, and attentive. Definitely one of the best spa pedicures I’ve had in a very long time. Such a wonderful atmosphere if you’re looking to unwind and receive high end services with great products! Can’t wait to go book more treatments :)

My partner and I absolutely adore this spa. The atmosphere and experience they have cultivated here is absolutely exceptional. Isabelle is such a kind, lovely host every time we are there and all of the practitioners are fantastic. We do a full couples retreat every six months and it always feels like it’s not a moment too soon. The sauna, the rain shower, the foot soak, facial, massage, and delicious chocolate covered strawberries are absolutely heavenly. Already looking forward to our next session together at Aina.

Hands down the best Spa in Kamloops and surrounding area.. It is a truly beautiful and serene setting. Always clean and relaxing.. the minute you walk through the doors, you will immediately destress. The staff are super professional and friendly, the service is top notch, and the masseuses have never disappointed. I will continue to go back again and again. We are lucky to have this spa..

I have seen Kendra at Aina Spa for body sugaring for the past year and I highly recommend her. I’ve experienced a lot of sugaring practitioners in different cities (and had many bad experiences), so I’m always nervous to try out a new place, but Kendra has been great. She’s a skilled practitioner and my appointments are always gentle and thorough.

I received a gift certificate from my friend for a couples massage for my husband and I was exited to finally have the time to book our appointment. Our daughter became ill the night before and we could not get a sitter in consideration of her passing it along. I relayed we could not make our appointment and could hopefully rebook. The reply was %100 payment for the missed appointment. You would think in these times of covid there would be some compassion or leniency, but she happily accepted our gift card for payment for the missed appointment. I won’t be rebooking and do not recommend. I wouldn’t have minded paying a penalty fee. Disappointing to say the least.
