We've had a great customer experience with PACE. Special shout out to STEVE T who is the best!! He's incredibly helpful, has a great positive attitude (even when issues are frustrating), and always goes the extra mile to get to the root of problems. I stop worrying when I see that my ticket has been assigned to Steve because I'm confident he'll take care of it.

Brooke has been my saving grace. Every problem I have encountered she has been there to back me up. I really appreciate her and the other staff at Pace/Vertex. They are always so willing to help out. I also appreciate their boss Mark McCrae. He always takes time to respond to my emails or to even give me a quick call. He breaks things down for me easily and patiently....and I really enjoy working with him and his team. I wish other companies was easy to deal with like this. It would make our job so much easier!!!!

I had a terrible experience with PACE. They promised us top-notch Proactive IT services but failed to deliver on their promises. Their response time was slow, and when they finally did respond, they were unable to solve my IT issues. Their customer service was poor, and I felt like I was being ignored or brushed off. Overall, I would not recommend PACE to anyone in need of IT services.
