The houses are really old.

Do not deal with Navneet from Maple Leaf. We have a water leak from our roof and Navneet was suppose to get this looked after. He took pictures of the leakage two months ago and nothing has been done till now. He now refuses to answer our phone calls and ignores all text messages and emails. I would not recommend this guy at all.Update: Been 4 months and this pathetic useless company has still not been able to fix the window. They have visited the unit atleast 10 times now and wasted our time but their unqualified people don't seem to know what they are doing. Everytime they visit the unit, they damage something and leave a mess. Satish their boss seems to talk too much but doesn't walk the talk. Useless person employing useless employees like Deep and Mila who are absolutely unprofessional and can't do their job right.
