It was absolutely disgusting! Beans were like paste and old, no cheese, no sauce in my burrito. Fries were old and only had maybe a spoo of cheese. Asked for extra sauce packs and got 2 for our whole order. This is not the first time they have been horrible for us but with it being the only Taco Bell in the south end of Guelph??!!. I figured I'd try again. Nope not anymore. What a waste of money!

Stone Rd Mall Taco Bell was the Worst Taco Bell Experience I have ever had. They had no soft shells. No chicken for the quesadilla and wanted to charge full price with only cheese on it.The Gordita crunch was cold. And this was all at 5:30 at night. Prime time.Brutal place to go.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. They serve old fries. It’s hard and disgusting. It’s been like that the first day they opened. I decided to give it another chance but they prove that they will not change.

Stone Road Mall location - Staff stand there and look at you while you wait to place your order, proceed to answer the phone, and then ask how they can help you. They then missed part of my order so I didn't get it. At this point, I didn't bother telling them because I was already frustrated. On the phone call, it was someone calling because they had food delivered from the location and they completely forgot to put in a bucket of chicken, they looked in the heating area and sure enough it was there. Once I got my food, there was barely any meat on my tacos and barely any meat on my fries supreme as there normally is at any other location. Will never return to this location again.

In the mall for some shopping the food court had limited vegetarian and vegan options. Taco Bell has been a reliable vegetarian spot.The family had Gordita Crunch and Crunchwrap Supreme both made vegetarian. The quality and quantity same as everywhere else.The service was quick and prompt. The time it took to give to us was a bit longer. Wish they had vegan options, other than fries and cinnamon crunch

Very rude staff!!!!!! He was waiting while me and my little one was discussing what we gonna have, when we was ready to order, he got on his phone, talking for a while and then returned to us and saying that they are closed! It was 7:40, the Mall is closing at 8pm!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!!

About a 50% chance they won't have beef or chicken whenever you go there. This is not a one-off occurrence, it's happened at least 4 times to me now, and I think that's a sufficient sample size to say they are not doing a good job.

Completely unimpressed with the covid policies at your Stone road Mall location in Guelph Ontario. First off they're not cleaning the debit machine between customers and CX are having to use the pin pad as their tap was not working. Then one of the people handed my food and bagged it after dealing with change and cash with a customer and not washing their hands or even sanitizing....nothing between customers. I had to just turn the corner and throw out my food as I can't risk getting sick. Oh and the customer that used cash had their mask down.
