I would give zero stars if possible. We had photos done as a part of my child’s skating club and months later when photos were received, they were blurry and terrible quality. Not to mention my order was not even completed. I reached out and was told my full order with replacement would be ready in a week. I messaged the day that they were supposed to be ready, Misty read my message but never replied. Waited another week and still have not had any response or follow up. I’ve worked with many photographers over the years in different areas across the country and this business has been the worst.
