Ride Care Niagara

I'm a senior citizen and I've used this service a number of times with good experiences each time. He has been most helpful in getting me in and out of medical appointments without any problems. I can say that he is very punctual and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him without a second thought the right person at the right time.

As a nondriver, I have found getting around - especially during the pandemic - extremely challenging. What a relief to discover Ride Care Niagara! The owner is friendly, courteous, reliable, and extremely responsible. I highly recommend this business and hope it continues to grow.

I used Ride Care Niagara from the middle of September through to December 1, 2022, 5-days a week, for my travel to and from temporary employment. Everything was top standard and any minor route alteration I required was not too much trouble for them to accommodate. Ben and Cheryl are both excellent drivers, friendly and courteous, really refreshing bonuses in a ride-service. Both Ben and Cheryl are also reliable, and extremely responsible. Being a driver myself but currently without a vehicle I make for a very nervous passenger. I wasn't nervous at any time riding with either Ben or Cheryl. Fees are great. The vehicles are clean and well maintained - a small thing but something that consistently demonstrates just how much they care about their clients comfort. If there was a conflict of schedules they did their best to make alternate accommodations and when not possible they communicated the difficulty well in advance to enable me to make alternate arrangements. Overall, I found the service from Ride Care Niagara to be of top-rate quality. I'll be using Ride Care Niagara, again.

Ride care is reliable, great value and the driver is good company

Ben is just the best. We are a couple in our eighties with a mess of medical appointments. He is a very careful and professional driver, but that’s just the beginning. He is punctual. He helps us in and out of his meticulously clean van, fetches wheelchairs and sees to our every concern. All that and he’s a smart and terrific person. Can’t say enough good things about him!
