CIBC Branch with ATM

Super nice staffs there always greeting with smiles . They helped me out for several times doing my personal information changing and see through my whole account ! Got so many freebies from them ! Definitely 5 ⭐️ service

This is not about this specific branch but the whole company and their poor policies. Somone has fraudulently bought things with a card I lost asked them to cancel (which i just found out they didnt). They have now canceled my current card and Im being investigated for fraud and am also now oit rhe money that was speant. I have not eaten in two days becuse they will not return my funds. To top it off rhey are adding even more charges on my account for an overdraft fee that wouldnt exsist if my money was still there which it should have been and would have been if theu canceled the card when I origaly asked them to. I would give negative stars if I could just like my account that's now in negaitve. These people are crooks...I am starving whilst they try and screw as much dollers as they can out of me. I suggest everyone go elsewhere.

Why broadcast online as a branch and ATM?? I paid for parking to go in and be told i could exchange a 20 for 5's and and that they dont do deposits, to which i asked well what do you do then, since thats mostly banks, and she aaid everything but the 2 things you need and i was like WHAT ELSE IS THERE, i guess you could go there to pay bills, but b*llshit how you say your a branch.. Wich i could give you negative stars

Was supposed to get a call at 3pm from them. No call. Had to call cibc who tried to connect me directly but they wouldn't even answer them. Finally cibc transferred me and it went straight to their voicemail. UNACCEPTABLE service.

I showed up to the bank at 8am this morning thinking that’s when they opened. But i was in the wrong and i looked up the wrong cibc... but the lady that was there kindly still deposited my cheque for me even though they didn’t open for an hour. She totally didn’t have to do that and I could of walked a few blocks to one that was opened but she did it anyway with a smile on. That just made my day :)

Sarah and Shane exceeded my expectations and even my requests - very happy I came across this branch of CIBC!

Used to go here all the time to deposit in the teller machines and now they are closed down when the branch closes. The machines used to be open after they closed, like every other cibc has machines available after close. Really inconvenient for people who get off work after 5 and need to use the machine.

I been with CIBC almost 3 year in my experience it is the best bank I ever had , I wish joined a cibc long time ago , I go to this branch all the time I got served by miss,Jing she’s very helpful and very polite I do highly recommending this bank
