This location is very fortunate to have the hard working youth who work here. They were courteous, better than many servers we experienced at other restaurants. The prices are rewarding during these difficult financial times, thr food was delicious, and we will be back.

I have been here many times as it's nearby my work place. The food is ok, not the best but there are some dishes for which I use to go over there very often. Gnocchi Gorgonzola Pasta and Grilled veggie payadina. And also the Turkish friesI loves these 3 dishes from here and that's why kept going back.The customer service used to be amazing. But not anymore. They changed their staff and chef as well. The food wasn't as good this time and their tap machine was not charged so they asked me to pay after eating. But when I complained about the pasta being dry and different than usual they got so worried I won't pay they came twice to ask for the payment. It felt so embarrassing.. First you don't cook the food right and then you have the guts to stand over my head for payment despite knowing that I'm a regular customer.After this experience I'm never going back there again.

My boyfriend and I came in with generally high expectations as I have eaten at this restaurant chain before and the food is quite good. However, our experience here was extremely disappointing. We ordered and sat down to wait almost 45min before our food was brought out. We watched other tables experience the same thing, SkiptheDishes drivers sitting for over 15+minutes before their food was brought out, and tables left unbussed and filled with garbage. When our food finally arrived, it was not warm - in fact, our pizza was so cold I had to send it back (and I am not one to send back food). Our pomodoro with meatballs was mid - the portion size was quite small and barely filled up the plate/bowl. They are very clearly understaffed here and we won’t ever be returning to this location.UPDATE: They apologized for our experience and we were fully refunded for our meal. I did not expect this and appreciate that it was acknowledged. Still unfortunate that it happened in the first place, and we still probably won’t return, but I appreciate this move from the staff.

Terrible. The woman who took our order was very salty and so was the food. Won’t be back but have to eat it because I’m hungry. Got free breadsticks that were basically air with no flavour.

Excellent pasta for quick dine in experience. Love their sausage & broccolini linguine. So good. Their French fries is too notch, perfect amount of crispy and soft inside! Excellent store!

Via Cibo is a favourite casual eatery for high quality, fresh and prompt service. Order is placed at the counter, and after paying, you are given a number stand to place it on your selected table. Your meal is brought to your table, by very friendly staff, usually within 5 minutes. It is an ideal place to enjoy a quick meal, or you can socialize as long as you wish in a relax atmosphere. Their pasta dishes are always perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients and taste awesome.

No complains on taste or staff. Food was very good tasting and presentation was nice. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was clean and upscale looking. Food took less than 10 minutes and was delivered to my table. My complaint is portion size compared to price. This meal pictured was $21CAD with a can of Pepsi before a tip.

Had lunch with a good friend there recently! Everything was great— food was great,coffee was great, service was great and the vibe was great! Staff was polite and friendly! They stopped by our table several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is good, lots of parking, many shops and restaurants nearby! Tiramisu was top notch! Loved it!

Stopped in here on a Saturday at noon for brunch. As advertised on the menus, in store, and with a huge sign out front, imagine my disappointment when I lined up to order and the server at the till tells me sorry
