I had excellent service on line then I had questions so I called their 800 number and got clear answers. I ordered euros etc.However later I went to a mall to shop and I noted another currency exchange firm that had somewhat better rates. On 500 euros it was 3$ cheaper at this other exchange. It is not much change but on amounts it does make a difference on huge sums. I hope they can meet other firms’ rates in the future. The Swiss franks were the same cost by the way.

This place is always worked perfectly for me, you get a good deal if you order online in advance which is what I always do. It's convenient to pick up; if you park on the east side of the mall on the upper level you can walk right in at the food court and the kiosk is just to your left.

Service is lacking. If low on bills or higher denominations you should tell the customer before taking our money. Who wants a pile of small bills?

I prebooked online. My price was a little higher than expected, but fairly similar. They charged me an additional 7% markup on the money I exchanged from CAD to EUR. To find this, I compared online currency exchange history for the day I picked up.Edit: I used my CAA membership to book through CAA website at this location, which waived the additional-additional flat rate cost on top of the markup. I recommend doing this if you're going to come here.

I bought currency at an ICE location in Ottawa. The rate seemed a bit high so when I got home I had an online chat with a support agent from ICE. The support agent was very helpful. But I discovered that you get a significantly better rate if you order currency online in advance and then pick it up and pay at the location of your choice. Had I ordered online I would have saved $47 CAD to buy 540 eastern caribbean dollars. That's a lot! I feel that I was ripped off so I will not use ICE again.

Service was fast and good but the rates were not and to add insult to it they charged a Service fee as well. As if the high exchange rate difference wasn't enough of a ripoff. Won't be using them again, only chose them because they were much closer than what I usually use. Next time I will make the longer trip.
