The best tower apartment in town! Extremely helpful, kind and responsive staff! I have arranged my whole move remotely with the help of Natalie Hojati property manager. She was always guiding me and accommodating my request and helping me with a smooth transition. Highly recommend! I love being a resident at Marquis!

I have resided at Marquis Towers for nearly 10 years, and in that time frame, I have witnessed many property managers with varying abilities come and go. I must say that Natalie, without question, is our most personable and efficient manager ever! She is always smiling and her enthusiasm is infectious. If there are any problems that arise, she deals with them immediately, and promptly returns calls and emails, so I always feel informed about what's happening with regard to the building. Natalie seems to have a natural affinity with people and makes them feel heard, unlike any number of former managers, who have had the acumen, understanding, and empathy of a wet noodle. The residents at Marquis Towers would be lost without Natalie! From Day one, she has tackled everything from vehicle theft to noisy neighbours to issues with homeless people using Marquis Towers as a haven for illegal activity, and done it all with kindness and humor, and most importantly, RESULTS! I have seen better quality tenants moving into the building and the troublesome ones leaving, and we have Natalie to thank for that. The atmosphere here at Marquis Towers is improving, people are feeling more secure here again as we note that Natalie takes our concerns seriously and at least, tries on our behalf, to bring changes via upper management. I am very grateful that Natalie is our manager, and as I have lived here for so many years and am acquainted with so many, I most definitely know that many other tenants here feel the same. Kudos, Natalie, for a job well done! As long as you're here with us I will remain at Marquis Towers, otherwise it will be time to move on.

I Lived at Marquis Towers for over 2 years. Its a great place to live, and I . especially loved that it was Puppy friendly. My dog Penny loved playing with her friends and seeing them around on walks. The suites are spacious, with lots of storage. The locked parking lot is also a perk. The staff was very accommodating finding a parking spot that fit my larger vehicle.

My partner and I lived in the Marquis Towers for 2.5 years, and we absolutely love it!At first, we were drawn to the location, the renovated suites, the view, and the fact that it is pet friendly!Once we moved in, we were so impressed. The staff are so friendly, and Natalie in the office is absolutely amazing at what she does.Whenever we had a question or a maintenance emergency it was dealt with quickly and if it was something out of their control, we were always kept in the loop with updates on what was going on!I love the rooftop garden! Management made it such a beautiful space to hang out and plant flowers, as apartment living usually doesn’t produce that opportunity. It’s such a fun way to be part of the community.

We have just moved into our suite in Marquis Towers and we only have good things to say so far. Our unit is spacious, quiet and well maintained. We've met everyone on our floor and more even in the short time we've been here and look forward to getting involved in the community. Our kids love this for us!! We are very happy and the views are stunning! The apartment manager is adorable and thorough and really knows how to make a person feel heard. Everything was perfect when we moved in. We would recommend this building to anyone who is looking for affordable and comfortable accommodations in the heart of the city.Heather and Doug

We have requested a few things from maintenance and they have been great to work with on getting things done and they leave everything clean and tidy.

The staff at Marquis Towers are, in our opinion, the best. The fact that they are still standing and serving with good cheer after all the tough challenges they have faced this past year speaks volumes about their dedication. No doubt other buildings can speak about the great service they get from their staff. We at Marquis get to say all those things as well as express our admiration at their perseverance. One elevator, multiple moves, a watermain breakage and flooding, all the related complaints and repairs on top of tending to the usual requests and demands: nothing short of going the extra mile" would have done the job of keeping the building operating reasonably well despite the circumstances. Editing to address the response received:1. Note that the Management's response doesn't address the safety issues raised by the ongoing elevator repairs. I have given details about these in my review below.2. Regarding the smoke issues, please see edits between asterisks in the review below.I lived at the Marquis for almost a year, and while it has many redeeming qualities (excellent views, great location, clean and comfortable suites), I have to give the building a lower rating due to health and safety issues. For the majority of the time that my family and I lived there, only one elevator was in service and it frequently went out of service for sometimes 24 hours or more at a time, leaving the residents of a 22 floor building with only the stairs available. It should be noted that there were many older and disabled residents of the building who lacked the freedom to come and go from their units when the elevator was in disrepair. As of the end of May 2022, the building was getting ready to start using the other elevator again, but the plan was that the other elevator would go out of service then to be repaired, again leaving the building with one elevator. A word of caution - before moving into the Marquis, make sure you have a good understanding of the status of the elevator repairs. If only one elevator is operational, do not expect that the other will be fixed quickly because there have been significant supply chain issues. And while the property manager tries to appease residents, her hands are tied by the circumstances, so there is very little she can do. Get ready to take the stairs a lot, and if the elevator starts behaving erratically, avoid it for your own safety.In addition to elevator safety issues, the building has been smoke free since January 2022, which includes people's balconies. However, smoke regularly came through the vents and plumbing from other suites. Despite numerous reports to management *over the course of months*, the smoke issues were never resolved, *even though management encourages and requires tenants to report smoke issues in order to, allegedly, address them on behalf of those affected*. I would not advise anyone to move to the Marquis if you are extremely sensitive to smoke.

We moved from Montreal last May and when we arrived at Marquis Tower we were struck by how quick things were taken care of. The caretaker Kurt is efficient and quick to respond and does an amazing job. The common areas are clean (thanks to the cleaning staff) and Management is AMAZING. Nathalie is an amazing manager. She is the #1 reason we chose Marquis Tower in the first place. Her customer service over the phone was so friendly and she responds quickly to emails. She also takes care quickly of noisy neighbors/questions we may have. Would recommend for sure!

Only one elevator ever works.The place is filthy. I don't even think anybody is around to manage the place.Noticed the key fob was ripped off the door and the side fire escape door is just completely unlocked.Yikes.(Note: I can't speak to rent costs as I am a frequent guest of a tenant and not a tenant myself)
