Dr. Emily and her assistant were absolute Angels. So much kindness, love and care in everything they said and in every detail they provided, it filled the room with a lot of warmth. It's not easy to make a decision like this and can create a lot of emotions to unexpectedly rise. From the moment upon their arrival through the whole transitional process of my beloved Sparta and for the whole family, they made everyone feel extremely comforted and appreciated. Their presents in caring professionalism and the step by step detailed intuitive guidance in accommodating Sparta's and everyone's needs, made an unforgettable lasting loving impressionable memory of our beautiful little Sparta a very cherished and special one. We will never forget what they have provided for us and the absolute delicate and gentle care they gave to Sparta. I have to say they went above and beyond my expectations. I am very grateful!

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this company. The entire process of submitting the request, and discussing with staff was very easy and efficient. Everyone we spoke to were compassionate and kind. Dr. Emily showed up at our house and explained the entire process to us, making us feel more at ease and comfortable. She was very soft spoken and gentle with her words. She was very patient and calm. After it was all finished, we were so delighted to see the care that was taken to make the back of the vehicle for transport, so beautiful. There was a blanket and a lantern with a flickering light already on in the trunk area. After approx one and a half weeks, they had everything ready for pick up. I’ve had many animals in the past, and you receive your urn with the paw print and that’s it. I was completely blown away at the care and time put into our box we picked up. There was a beautiful ribbon with 1 strand of lavender and 1 strand of hay on the top of the box. Inside, was a beautiful velvet bag which held the urn with a stitched saying about the rainbow bridge. We received the paw print in a box with a beautiful paw print ribbon and a jar with his fur, and angle wings around the top of the jar. There was a card that was hand signed and a heart shaped patch full of wild flower seeds to plant. A donation was also made in our dogs name. This was above and beyond what we ever imagined and I am so happy that we discovered this company. It made the process a lot easier and the thought through it all, was just beyond what words could even start to explain. Thank you so much for everything!

Our beloved family dog Bigeara had to be put to sleep yesterday. He was almost 13, the best dog I've ever known. The decision was one of the hardest we faced because some of his days were great, but we knew it wouldn't be long before the suffering from his cancer became constant. He always hated car rides and the vets, so the last thing I wanted was for him to spend his last moments scared and stressed. I found Heart with Wings 2 weeks ago and began emailing them. Right from the start they were incredibly kind. And when the doctor came yesterday, I'm sorry I cannot remember your name, she was very sympathetic and kind and patient. I didn't feel like we were rushed at all. She was very sweet with our boy, and brought him pepperets and other treats. He was so excited to meet her, and I honestly believe he didn't feel a thing. My family and I are still heart broken. But thanks to this service I believe this is the best way he could have gone, at home on his favourite rug surrounded by his family while I gave him treats. Thank you for sending him off like you did.

My most heartfelt thank you goes out to Coulter Veterinary Hospice Services. As an individual who works within the animal industry, there was a true disconnect between the love, care and respect we show our animal companions while they are present within their bodies, and what happens to their bodies after they pass.The patience, empathy, kindness and care you showed for my boy, Tanner, was so appreciated. He deserved a dignified and fear free send off and that’s exactly what you provided. We said our goodbyes on my family farm, under a blossoming apple tree with a nice spring breeze blowing. I held him in my arms and gave him kisses after he finished all of his terrific treats until (and after) the very end.I also really appreciated the set up in the back of the vehicle he left in. The memorial lantern and fresh lavender was so touching and perfect. Again, it showed so much respect for everything a pet is to us throughout our lives together. And the array of cards, wildflower seeds, etc in the beautiful box he was returned in was perfect.Thank you thank you thank you from the very bottom of my heart. Sending out a heartfelt thanks to you all for making Spencer’s final journey one full of peace and love and dignity.Each email conversation with Claire and Jordan was so gentle and so kind and Dr. Erin’s visit to our home was absolutely beautiful.She showed us so much love and compassion and was quietly attuned with our timing and our needs. She even let our nosy and naughty-to-the-end boy sniff and nose his way through her bag. Snooping through bags and backpacks and pockets looking for yummy things was one of his favourite things to do. So, the fact that his last act on Earth was sniffing and snooping around a bag and then actually getting to eat his plunder was a wonderfully fun bonus for us all. Spencer’s final breath was perfectly timed with the final note of the song that was playing in the background…I pointed this out to my husband and Dr. Erin said that she had noticed that, too. It may seem like a small thing but it illustrates just how attentive and wonderful she is.Thank you so much…for everything.

Emily was incredible. I can not thank her enough for the compassionate care that she provided for our beloved cat Jack. Our appointment exceeded expectations. I am so happy our old boy was comfortable and surrounded by family in his final moments. He is now at peace.

You will not find a more compassionate, kind, caring vet. Dr. Laura and her team are the most amazing people. They have the hardest job but I can tell you, although saying goodbye to my lab Quila was the hardest thing, Kathryn, one of Dr. Laura's team members made this a peaceful and caring experience. She showed my girl and my family such compassion and never once did I feel like I was making a mistake since Quila was diagnosed and was terminal. Dr. Laura has chosen to specialize in an incredibly difficult area but I am so thankful that she did. She came to my home and spent a great deal of time getting to know my girl and examining her and doing everything at her pace. She was kind and caring and so informative. Her clinic provided ongoing support and everyone there are so incredibly compassionate. If you have a senior pet, there is no better vet! If you are sadly faced with having to say goodbye to a fur baby, you will never regret calling Coulter Veterinary and having them come to your home.

I truly cannot say enough kind words about Heart With Wings at home euthanasia services. Dr. Erin arrived at my father's home with absolute kindness and such a gentle manner. I really did not feel ready to say goodbye to my best friend that day. When I started speaking to Dr. Erin about Charlie's diabetes, blindness and extreme anxiety, she made me feel so confident and comfortable in my decision. I keep saying to myself I wouldn't have been ready if someone else had walked through that door. She provided me with absolute reassurance. Dr. Erin spent close to half an hour speaking with me, relaxing me, and most importantly - getting to know Charlie and giving him treats. He was in absolute heaven. I cannot say enough thank yous for taking such good care of my boy in his final moments. I was also absolutely blown away to find out that Charlie was staying at the Heart With Wings facility in order to be aquamated." I had no idea about this until the day of - I was just dreading the entire process. I was so thankful he stayed at the same facility and was not transported to a third party cremation service. Finally
