My 2003 Corolla was running rough and Adrian took the time to tell me that it was probably the timing belt and bot worth fixing for such an old vehicle.I was not charged for his diagnosis but was able to use the vehicle while it was still running to find and purchase a new vehicle.This garage made my transition to a new vehicle quick and easy. They seemed truthful, knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful.I will definitely go to them again and recommend them to others.

I've been taking our vehicles to the guys at Austin Automotive for 4 years now and I have never once been disappointed. I always get honest opinions and I have never once had to pay more than the estimate, no matter how the repair went. Whether it's my daily driver or my Durango that I tend to beat up while camping, they are always honest and get me back on the road right away.

I purchased a set of snow tires from 3rd party and had them installed by Austin Automotive; Andre and Jordan at Austin Automotive found out and told me that the tires were 8 years old (10 years life time for tires normally), I then had to return them and repurchased a new set...Further very much appreciated that Andre and Jordan assisted to talk and provide any evidence that the 3rd tire vendor requested during the return process. Andre also re-booked the installation appointment for me and had the new snow tires mounted and installed right before the snow hit us...Thank you Andre and Jordan, & Merry Christmas!!!

Local staple of an automotive shop.Despite being a mechanic myself, I still bring my vehicle here for service and repairs, when I don't have the patience to do the work myself. As with any mechanic shop, you should expect a bill...Both times I have brought my vehicle here, there was extra work required, which I was not completely expecting. In both cases as I went through the list of items that was needed to replace, none of it was a surprise to me, but I was surprised that the bill was not larger. The cost of the parts were all right around the cost I would expect from a parts store, and the labour charges were minimal (half of the hours they had my vehicle) and at a very reasonable hourly rate.As far as reliability, second time around I asked them take a look at my alignment again as I had a slight pull to one side, after picking my vehicle up they warrantied this for me, at no cost. Between behaviours like this where they take care of the customer, and the fact that this shop takes care of 90% of the police vehicles in the area, I know my vehicle is in good hands.
