The plates I got were fantastic, high quality, and exceeding my expectations on appearance. Can't recommend enough.

Went looking for an elliptical trainer. The info they provided was great. Made my selection, bought it, and they delivered and assembled all according to plan. Very happy. One small thing - I also asked about and bought a stability ball. I took it home and tried to inflate the thing. I had no idea I needed an adapter and one didn't come with the ball.

I’m very impressed with the recent service I received from Niagara Fitness Solutions in St. Catharines. My husband and I own a weight training machine that we purchased from this store years ago. A specific piece on the machine recently broke, and it just so happened that this part was covered under the manufacturing company’s guarantee. Dan Bowman was very helpful in negotiating a repair with the manufacturing company, and then Dan’s staff actually made the repair. And, the repair was perfect, so now our machine works again! Many thanks go to Dan and his staff for helping to find a solution to our problem, and for going above-and-beyond in getting the repair done. We’re super-satisfied customers, and we’ll always shop here for our fitness equipment.

I purchased both a Nordictrack treadmill and a spin cycle over the last few several weeks. Delivery of the second piece was today and all I can say is thank you to everyone for all of your help, from Brad in Sales, to Dan for arranging such a quick delivery for the cycle, and finally to the amazing delivery/assembly teams. I am truly happy I found these people to purchase my equipment from, all sight unseen and during this trying pandemic.

Great follow up with no pressure on the sales side while waiting for equipment to arrive during a shortage. Great support/service when we ended up with a lemon from the factory. They exceeded expectations when it came to taking ownership and correcting the problem by swapping out the machine the next day!

Excellent selection of weights and equipment. They were very gracious with their offer to trade-in of a 300lb cast-iron set for similar rubber plated set (plus the difference). I've stocked my home gym almost exclusively from Niagara Fitness.

My home gym just got installed. I was a competitive power lifter in my past and it's 100% high-end health club quality. From the moment I walked in the door Brad was knowledgeable and helpful. The install team was fast, friendly, pet accommodating and very clean. A+ gym and A+ organization.

I purchased rubber gym flooring and received the best customer service! I am really sensitive to strong odours due to my asthma. Dan was so kind and understanding of my situation. He had the mats cleansed at the warehouse in a special solution to remove rubber odours and it worked really well. This was after I purchased a first set and couldn't tolerate the smell. He had his team swap the mats out for me! The entire team at Niagara Fitness Solutions St. Catherines are great, Brad is very helpful too! And the guys who delivered and picked up my mats were awesome as well. I will definitely be purchasing from this store again and would recommend Niagara Fitness Solution in a heart beat to anyone.
