Sierra Flooring

We had Sierra install out vinyl plank flooring and our kitchen backsplash. We are very pleased with the results and enjoyed our experience with Sara, Rob, Carlos and Marcel. We heartily recommend Sierra for your renovations.

Very nice helpful people. Good prices !! If your looking for Shulter products, best place in town.Again, we needed shluter product, 90° corners for our shluter edging around the tub surround. Our flooring project, due to manufacturing defects in our flooring product, has not gone as smoothly as we originally anticipated it would. However, the team at Sierra Flooring has made these difficulties much easier for us to deal with. Gord, our prime contact at Sierra, has been very accommodating and has gone the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction with the final result. The floor laying crew: Patrick, Elizabeth, Ashley and Bryson were aware of our concern that the removal and replacement process had the potential to damage the rest of our newly renovated kitchen and took the extra care to ensure this did not happen. We really appreciate the professional, courteous, knowledgable job they did and the effort they took to make sure we were completely satisfied.

What an end result!!!!!Initially we were sent an installer that did not prep the concrete floor at all. After a few disgruntle complaints about how many dips our vinyl plank flooring had upon finishing, it took one complaint left with a neighbour, who then shared with their Sierra flooring installer, who then came to inspect our floor and commented how it was unacceptable. Patrick, Elizabeth and crew were at our place within two days ripping out the floors and properly prepping and reinstalling the floors back in. Wow, what a team they have. Always kept us informed of their time frames. Any time I would walk in to check the progress, they all stopped what they were doing and gave us 100% of their attention. They were quick and paid much attention to detail. They taped off all my cabinets and wall pictures with plastic, and even washed floors and counters; took care of all the dust! You could tell they aimed to please. True, friendly professional and skilled at their craft.We can't thank you enough for making this project a success. We have had 2 homes with flooring done by Sierra Flooring. We have loved both! Our recent build receives tons of compliments on the Twelve Oaks Art District vinyl plank and the tile work in our entry, shower, and backsplashes turned out beautifully. It's always good to be on both sides of the fence and after working for Sierra Flooring, I retired, and we decided to embark on a large reno to our home.We had the team of Patrick, Elizabeth, Bryson and Ashton work on removing laminate and putting in the new waterproof vinyl plank. Along the way they worked with our schedule, removed and replaced furniture, removed and replaced baseboards, got the delivery of the new flooring and set up of the disposal of the old flooring by Chris and June. As well, Patrick did an excellent job of undercutting a door frame that was set into the gypecrete, no easy task. Patrick, Elizabeth and their team worked above and beyond and also floated the floors and prepped our vents for a gypecrete pour which Patrick put us in touch with. Patrick, Elizabeth, Bryson and Ashton also worked to do some filling and levelling of the floors and put on four sets of transitions that Chris Watson from Sierra Flooring stained with perfection. Patrick knew which ones to select and took the time to look at them with me in my home. They are awesome and finish off the doorways and fireplace in a fantastic look. Ashton and Bryson also worked on some demolition of our old showers to prep for the Jason, also from Sierra Flooring.Jason did all of our tile work in our custom primary ensuite shower, bathroom floor, vanity floor and closet floor tiling. Jason also worked incredibly hard to work on our lower floor shower and did an exceptional job there as well tiling on the custom shower walls, shower floor, putting in a niche and tiling the ceiling.Gord from Sierra Flooring also measured and installed our incredible glass shower doors in both custom showers. They are spectacular and we are so happy with his work and the thick glass doors with a great choice of mounting hardware.Our plumber, Rick, referred from Sierra Flooring definitely saved the day and we will be forever thankful for all of the unfolding events and how each person working on our home took such masterful care of their task by the Sierra Flooring team.Our home looks incredibly beautiful now and we are so thankful to work with Sierra Flooring. Patrick, Elizabeth, Bryson, Ashton, Chris, Jason, June, Rick and Gord have done a stellar job and we couldn't be more proud and happy with the results and all of the team at Sierra Flooring who made it happen for us.Thank you to Rob Eddison of Sierra Flooring for taking on our project and working within our timeline, which changed a bit but more than what we'd anticipated, and for always surrounding your workplace with highly skilled people and always treating them with respect and like family. Went to the shop for kitchen tile; ended up with tile and new area rugs! Love them both. Install of tile was super, Rob did a wonderful job. The random pattern and tricky cuts were done very well.The area rugs are great and finish off our space.Sierra will be our first choice for any additional work.

Had a warranty issue and Sierra floors was AWESOME taking care of it for us with the flooring manufacturer - HAPPY CUSTOMERS!And they have an AMAZING installers - Patrick, Elizabeth & Bryson!!! They came in and were unbelievably professional and their work is second to none! Quick, tidy, accurate, and perfectionists!
