If I could post 0 I would -A broker of record that’s a liar, a cheat, a genuine scammer -telling me I can build a laneway house when in fact the area I bought in does not allow it -zoning not approved…he knew this lied to us, then made us sign a contract saying whatever he’s said verbally -that nor he or his brother are bound too, who says that -we paid a premium in our negotiations for the laneway house -I don’t blame him though -it’s my fault for trusting someone I thought had integrity! It’s ok he’s already reported, as I have brought this to OREA’s attention about his bad business practice.Oh and let’s not forget Marisa, who knows nothing about nothing came and read the contract which sounded like it’s the first time she’s ever doing this -but again Kudos to the “Kevin Lin” team, for pulling a fast one on me -a costly learning experience.

Kevin Lin and his team should not be allowed to sell or purchase homes for vulnerable people that turn to these guys for direction. People put their trust in this team only to be lied to. His daughter Marisa is just reads a script and seems very unprofessional in her mannerism. When you think of a worst case situation buying a property, its with this team. So many agents out there hungry for business whom you can negotiate with when it comes to their commission. Paying these guys a penny is a penny wasted. Liars and Cheats - I hope people take the time and read these reviews.
